Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

The food was delicious as usual. I usually don't leave reviews. But the service was fantastic. You were out of horchata and I mentioned it. It was refilled quickly, and the lady (I wish I knew her name) came and got our cup and filled it up for us. She also brought out some orange slices for our 6 month old baby. The entire staff was kind. But this lady made it the best experience I have ever had at any Cafe Rio.

the environment of the store and employees was amazing! the lady who made my food was very smiley and every employee interaction included a compliment. the manager was very nice and gave us free chips and salsa. 5 stars all around!!

This night crew is one of the nicest I’ve ever met! Seriously- working in food myself for years, i know how it can be - but I was so impressed with their kindness even when closing was approaching! Shout out to Sydney for being so sweet and taking care of our order! This whole crew had such a great vibe and the food was amazing! :)

It’s Cafe Rio. There’s not much to say that hasn’t already been said about million times. That said I’ll try. In my opinion Cafe Rio is better than Costa Vida in many ways. Their tortillas are the best tasting, their enchilada sauces are superior (I especially love the flavor of the tomatillo sauce), their tomatillo cilantro ranch is incredible, their proteins are well cooked, and it’s just all delicious. My go-to meal is a grilled chicken burrito enchilada style with the tomatillo ranch on the side to pour a little on each bite. It blends super well with the food and makes for a delicious and very filling meal. That said I’ve tried many other things as well. Highly recommend their salads and tacos and enchiladas as well. Their steak is delicious. Seriously it’s hard to go wrong here.

Dinner tonight was busy, but our online order was ready and perfectly made. We have 2 Cafe Rio's closer to us but we prefer Spanish Fork. They are the best!

Update: Spanish Fork is still the best and they have bowls now! Yum! Steak Fajita and Vegetarian are the 2 we tried today - they were yummy.

Came in the drive thru and got greeted by the closing robot voice that said please come back during business hours. Pulled thru drive thru and got flagged down by an employee on the way out. He happily took my order as requested and personally made the best burrito I’ve had from this restaurant. 10/10 customer service. Didn’t get his name but if he sees this thank you for going above and beyond for one more customer.

Such kind staff! Sydney was so kind and accommodating and the other staff was so kind! I love that they have the old Cafe Rio style in their restaurant. Definitely is better then the new ones!

everyone here today was SO nice! i felt so welcomed and appreciated to be here! not sure her name but the girl at the register made a personal connection with me and we talked about my industrial piercing! she was so sweet! ❤

This is literally my favorite place to eat! It's quick, the food is awesome, and the staff is great. It's nice that they do the free ninos quesadillas for the littles. Love their pebble ice and their sodas taste better there for some reason.

Let me first say, I have been a Cafe Rio regular for a long time. I've been to Cafe Rio Locations all across Utah Valley for years, and I'm kicking myself for not visiting the Spanish Fork location sooner. The Provo Cafe Rio is the closest to where I live, and has been regularly disappointing me for several years now. The Spanish Fork location is the first location to provide me with an experience close to my first Cafe Rio visit back in 2008. This was quite literally the best salad I've had in almost a decade. The employees were friendly to me, and friendly to each other. They seemed to actually get along and enjoy what they were doing. I asked for extra, and unlike the Provo location (where I have to ask for extra of everything to even get a normal-sized salad), they actually gave me extra. I mean LOOK at this picture. THAT is what a Cafe Rio salad is supposed to look like. This Cafe Rio will be getting my business exclusively for as long as they keep this up.

Online ordered a tostada with a corn tortilla to pick up right before closing at 11 pm. After taking the meal home I saw the meal had no tortilla at the bottom of the pan, but they had included a tin-foil wrapped flour tortilla. I have celiac disease (cant eat wheat) and very much appreciated them not just throwing a flour tortilla in there to compensate for being out of corn. THANK YOU! Very thoughtful way to address the situation.

I had been in multiple Cafe Rios all over but this on in Spanish Fork is the best one.
They make my salad just right and the service is fantastic. One of my favorite places to eat at in Spanish Fork.

The food is fantastic. We've been here several times and it can be a hard to find a clean table to eat at.
