This place is great! Big plates for a decent price. There’s lot of cheese on everything. I saw there seem to be mixed reviews but overall I would say this is a place you should go and get a chimichanga or an enchilada.

We have been coming to this Restaurant since the early 80's. We live in PA now but will always go to eat here if we are visiting in the area. It is still as good as ever!

This is my family’s favorite Mexican spot in Utah. We drive from salt lake about once a month to go here. We’ve been doing it for over 20 years. Best cheese enchiladas in the world.

Absolutely delicious food! We got both the chicken enchiladas and the pork, bean, and green chili burrito and both were some of the best we have ever had! The cheese is something else! Same with the green verde sauce. Service was fast and friendly. They even gave us a free ice cream for my birthday! Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Friendly service with a homey atmosphere and attitude. Delicious food without too long of a wait. We were seated immediately since we got there just before rush hour for dinner.
They also serve yummy Margeritas and other alcoholic drinks.

Very delicious food! I just asked for the recommendation, and it was great. Food isn't very spicy, but if you want it spicier, they can help with that. Chips are good, salsa is okay. Prices were what I would expect.

Just moved to Springville in March and I would drive by this place and want to try it. I finally tried it and it didn’t disappoint. We really enjoyede the chips and salsa that they brought out. They have cheap daily lunch specials that include a drink! Most Mexican restaurants have lunch specials but never include the drink. So we loved how this place includes a drink. The service was really quick. The food was yummy and filling. I’d for sure come here again.

Absolutely loved our visit to La Casita today! Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in Utah! I ordered the pork and bean burrito and loved it. What a special gem in Springville! If the food wasn’t enough, the service was amazing. We’ll be back!

Possibly the best concha I’ve ever had!! I used to receive concha’s from my my mothers abuelita in Mexico City and then from my abuela. They taste SO GOOD and I’ve been trying to find a panaderia that does those conchas justice. This is absolutely wonderful!! I’m super happy with it. The coffee is also excellent but my highlight is really the conchas!!

Great service and spectacular food. The shrimp street tacos are amazing. Best shrimp I've ever had. My husband and I go here regularly and love the atmosphere. Best Mexican food in the valley.

Prices are extremely reasonable. The service was friendly and quick. We were very happy with the 2 different types of chips and the salsa was delicious! The Tamales are the best that I have ever had in the area. If you're a cheese fan, this is the place for you. They do not hold back on the cheese! We will be back when in the area.

I needed good food from a casual, low stress restaurant. La Casita was delightful. Parking was convenient in their lot. I was quickly seated regardless of the busy lobby area where customers can also pay their bill. About half the he tables were full at 2pm. They served warm homemade tortilla chips with fresh salsa while I reviewed the menu. Chips were some of the best. Not too thick, thin or greasy. The salsa was also excellent. Made with fresh diced tomatoes and fresh onions. Not too spicy. The chips were perfect for scooping up large quantities of their fresh salsa. I ate the full bowl along with my meal.

I ordered the shredded beef and cheese burrito and a Diet Coke (served from the their fountain although Pepsi products make up the majority of their soda selection). Served in a nice large glass with ample ice and a prompt free refill.

The meal was delicious. I'm not a foodie or even known at La Casita, I'm just getting a little older and enjoy good food. The burrito was packed with tender shredded beef, ample cheese and I opted for the refried beans instead of rice. The salad was simple but good; fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes and an Italian type dressing.

I ate every bite and thoroughly enjoyed it. The refried beans topped with melted cheese made a great bean dip for my remaining chips while adding a nice complimentary flavor to my burrito.

This is obviously a popular local restaurant as there were a lot of greetings and conversation. Yet, it was still comfortable for an outsider like myself. I definitely recommend the lunch specials before 2:30 pm, the relaxing atmosphere, pleasant staff and in my opinion, delicious and fresh food. A rare meal worthy of the time it takes to write detailed observations and post pics.

I love this restaurant so much! It was my first time there but I enjoyed the meal and environment. They give me a free ice cream.

This is by far the best Mexican food in Utah! The rice dip & Casita special (with shrimp) was so good, I'm already planning the next time I'm going. The service was excellent. Please go now!

There pork is really good. Love the cheese crisp. They are the only one in the valley that know how to do a cheese crisp right. Every thing was so yummy. Salsa a little to runny, my shirt seemed to get more than my mouth. However it was super good. All the dishes we got were very good. Service was excellent. Food came out fast and drinks and chips were replenished, you didn't have to ask. I'd recommend this resturant to everyone. Love it.

There’s a reason it’s always packed here, because everyone wants to eat their food! I enjoyed the food here, and I have been many times. For large portions, hot, and flavorful food, come here. I do recommend that you either reserve, or come early before you intend to be eating though, because there usually is a line. And if you want a heap of food that’s not on the menu, get the Louis Special! A tostada that’s piled high with meat, cheese, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and more cheese!

This place may have the appearance of a run down old restaurant, but it is absolutely fantastic. The food is some of the best and the staff is so fun and helpful. Really is a great place.

My husband's family came here a lot when he was young! We have passed the tradition down to our kids who all love it too!

Been going here my whole life and it's always great. Has been the best Mexican restaurant in Utah for 30+years still is. Highly recommend the camarones rancheras, but everything on the menu is amazing
