Let me just say when it comes to customer service Jim is superb! My experience was excellent. Fast, precise and the best by far! Love my new phone! Also, the girl that works there is very sweet and friendly and added to the overall visit at RC today. I believe her name is Michelle. I definitely will be back!

Jim was informative and knowledgeable of my cellphone's malfunction. He was very helpful in getting my claim submitted to Asurion, which included submitting necessary ID/form/deductible for cellphone replacement, which I received the next morning & the same day followed up with Jim who patiently/successfully setup my new cellphone. I recommend there be a Jim in all of your Verizon stores, like the Jim in the Wynne, AR area. Thanks Jim & Blessings be upon you!

I was so fed up with Att service, I went to Verizon and talked to my friend Jim. He had my new phone set up and ready to go in no time flat. He is always helpful, friendly and professional to not only me , by to each customer that walks through his store. He’s tops in my book!!

Jim at the Verizon store was amazing! Very friendly and he even set my phone up, put my screen protector on and my case! Even had a friendly conversation with me and my boyfriend while doing so!

I live in Jonesboro but I drive down to Wynne just to do business here at RC! It doesn’t feel like you’re stepping into a pool of piranha trying to upsell phones but rather like you’re doing business with people who want to get you the best deal possible. Michelle went out of her way to help me and gave a thorough detailed breakdown of everything I would be paying for and why. I was able to leave the store happy and confident with my purchase today and my future billing.

I've been with Verizon for years. I have visited several stores. I must say Russell Cellular is the best experience thus far. Jim was amazing, excellent costumer service 👏.
