We love Dr. Brandon! She is so patient and really takes time to get to know your pets. I appreciate that she doesn’t rush the visit, and she thoroughly explains any issues and answers all my questions. Also, I couldn’t ask for nicer staff members that have assisted with my pets.
This clinic truly shows kindness and compassion and that’s important to me. Thank you, Cross County Veterinary Clinic!

They fit our furbaby Galaxy in, when I called around 3 p.m. on a Friday.
We live in Jonesboro (about an hour away); we arrived at Cross County around 4:40, (they close at 5), they were waiting on us, stayed open past 5, and gave our baby girl amazing treatment💞

Dr. Lackey cared about Brody's issue and is helping me help him. After a couple of day's of treatment there's been a huge improvement with Brody and in turn has helped me tremendously considering his issue affected the household. It's not limited to this visit though. His office staff, Jen in particular has always been available for questions concerning him that doesn't necessarily warrant a vet visit. I don't always show my appreciation enough for Cross County Veterinary Clinic but I definitely am grateful!

Visiting the nearby Village Creek State Park, my elderly Shih Tzu, Mia, developed symptoms consistent with anal gland blockage. The staff worked quickly to provide the relief she needed w/o the need to see the vet. Minimal charge, minimal time away from recreation in the park. Great experience!

We have had multiple visits with Cross County Vet and they are ALWAYS so helpful!!! All of the staff really know what they are doing and are very loving with our fur babies. I do recommend making an appointment by giving them a quick call before heading in. THANK YOU, CROSS COUNTY VET! We love you guys!

Lovely county clinic. They took great care of my dogs, and spoke to me like I was more than just a wallet. I can't say that for the vet we left to come here.

All of the staff were friendly, helpful and took very good care of my Dachshund. They are exceptionally professional and very caring!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I finally found an answer as to what is wrong with my Lab. Treatment is already working!

Just recently moved to Cross County.Needed a new Vet and let me say....They are amazing...I was terrified bringing my hyper/anxiety dog here...(My old Vet wouldn't even consider trimming my dogs nails)They are the kindest Staff members....The 2 young Ladies Hannah & Stephanie made my 2 year old Great Dane/ Doberman feel safe and secure...One was holding him gently and talking to him...(They literally got down on the floor with him) The other young lady was so patient and sweet trimming his nails,also talking to my Tiago, reassuring him everything is ok....I've never came across such amazing Vet assistance....I can't thank y'all enough,for making my hyper and anxious dog feel secure....Office staff was very nice as well...I would 100% recommended them.

They got my "niece" in the day I called, and scheduled surgery the next day. She seems to recuperating well!

Amazing care for my baby!! Highly recommend. My dog is doing much better from the meds prescribed. Amazing job/care with my dogs anxiety. They definitely handled it with grace. We will be back when necessary 🙂

Took BAILEY ( minpin) to CROSS COUNTY when her vet retired. They have treated her with annual checkup since then, she is getting old and had problems a couple months ago. Just trying to make her comfortable since her age is coming to that time. She gets excellent care @ CROSS COUNTY

Katie had a bout of "cold tail" while duck hunting this past week in ARK. Our friend Laura Balch recommended her vet and they quickly made an appointment for Katie and took great care of her. We just want to thank Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff for getting her in right away. This picture is Katie back to work in just a couple of days retrieving several limits of ducks.
