Friendly staff at this central Lodi location. They have a drive thru, and there is a wheelchair accessible access on the Hutchins St side (East).

I had a fantastic experience at the Starbucks on Kettleman Ln in Lodi, CA. This location embodies everything you would expect from a top-notch coffee shop. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, always serving with a smile. I appreciated their knowledge and detailed explanations about the different coffees available.

The atmosphere of this Starbucks is warm and inviting. The interior design is modern and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both quick coffee runs and long study sessions. The location is also very convenient with ample parking space.

One aspect that sets this location apart is its cleanliness. The tables, floors, and restrooms were all spotless. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their customers.

The coffee itself was, of course, delicious. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was made perfectly. I also tried one of their freshly made pastries, and it was delightful.

Another notable thing about this Starbucks is how efficient their service is. Despite the line, the baristas work quickly to get orders out without compromising the quality of the drinks.

Overall, the Starbucks on Kettleman Ln in Lodi, CA, offers superb service, a comfortable setting, and excellent coffee. It's a location I'll be sure to visit again.

I took 4 teenaged girls, aged 12 to 16, out shopping and then we stopped and got a treat a Starbucks. The folks at Starbucks were amazingly nice and even joked with me about shopping with the girls. The drinks were great and the food was fabulous as always.

I know every starbucks has friendly employees that are trained to engage with the customer but the employees at this location are the friendliest. Out of the 20 starbucks in lodi this one is my favorite

I love this team! They truly care about their customers and make the effort to learn customers' names and regular orders. I am often greeted by name at the drive thru order screen then asked about my day at the window. The baristas often ask me about something I mentioned on a previous visit such as job prospects, my home air conditioning, the clothing ministry I help run, etc. I am treated more like a friend they are happy to see than a "customer". I have witnessed a barista explaining the app and gold card to a customer in front of me in the drive thru. She was so patient and sweet. I didn't, even a moment, feel like she was holding up the line. All I saw was great customer service. I hope this team remembers during the rush hours and difficult customers, that they are appreciated and loved.

I had an amazing day at Starbucks. Bailey was an outstanding employee for his happy attitude. Great worker and part of an awesome team. Definately a Starbucks to visit right off the 99

It's a great Starbucks to visit! The service is really quick.

It was a great experience because I had spilt my drink all over the floor and they were so kind about it they made me a new one and was checking if I burnt myself or not. The people there are always so kind and respectful to everyone.

Best starbucks in town so far i was pleasantly surprised maybe because they are new hopefully they keep up the great work. Lots of qhipped cream and carmel in my frap other locations in lodi have been skimpy lately. The service was perfect excellent customer service and i love the location. Very pleased you guys deserve 5 stars thank you.

I can’t say enough for the team at Starbucks on Kettleman Lane. I was in the store one day and Joey asked me if I was ok. I said NO, my son just passed away. Next thing I knew, Ian, the store manager, offered to donate coffee and pastries for the funeral. I never knew Starbucks offered such love to the community.
It was all ready to go on the day we needed it, which took pressure off our family, just knowing we had something all ready for the guest. The day was hard enough, but this brought some light to the experience.
