Fantastic workers that value their customers and are always pleasant to be around. They do a great job with directly interacting with the customers’ prescribers, to help lessen the client’s responsibilities. Very wonderful people, that are always great to be around. Thank you all!

And to the customers, I recommend showing your appreciation with a smile or a thank you, for all the hard work that they do to make the refilling process easier on you, it really goes a long way. ❤

A great pharmacy! Hardworking technicians, knowledgeable pharmacy manager, convenient location.

While there are quite a few negative reviews for this location, here are some tips to improve your experience:

1. Read your text messages and listen to the voicemails the pharmacy provides to you

2. Take some time to research your prescription insurance plan, understand the coverage, limitations, formulary exceptions, etc.

3. Be cognizant of times in your life when you may need to receive medication early and coordinate with your health care provider (vacations, trips, etc. - you alone are ultimately responsible for your health)

4. Adhere to medication pick up times to the greatest extent possible. Remember, pharmacies fill hundreds of scrips per day, efficiency is a two-way street

5. Always be kind and respectful - I guarantee whatever issue you are having will be more quickly addressed if you approach the issue the some grace

In the past, their service was good but not great. Your prescriptions were generally available on time. Starting about 2 months ago, they can’t keep enough Tech’s employed to manage orders. I suspect Kroger is not wanting to pay enough for good employees. They have closed the drive thru and limited in store hours. I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy after 5 years.

It just seems like they don't really care about their customers time or needs. There are 2 pharmacists there and 1 staff member who want to take care of people. The rest can all go jump in a lake as far as I'm concerned. It's the worst when you've been a customer there for years and they KNOW you need easy open bottles but they can't ever remember to do that half of the time. I actually keep some of them from my old bottles so that I can replace them when the pharmacy staff forgets. When you're hands don't work this really stinks.

The pharmacy tech was extremely rude I asked her to help me figure out how much money we had left on our card q1 my phone died she said this is a pharmacy go ask customer service are you serious? Does customer service exist anymore? People need to start caring more for people esc a so called "pharmacy tech"

Absolutely terrible customer service. They’ve had the drive through window closed for months now with passive aggressive notes taped to it saying they will close the window permanently if people ‘misbehave’. With a COVID pandemic, flu season, and RSV running rampant the last thing they should be doing is closing the window and making people walk to the other side of the store to pick up their meds. My husband tried bringing this to the ‘managers’ attention and he flat out said he’s 500 prescriptions behind because he wanted to take a vacation before he put in his two weeks notice. He said he really didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. What a joke! Also, calling corporate does no good. My husband has been on the phone with them (still is) for over 30 minutes and continues to get the run around. Hey Kroger, if you can’t manage the pharmacy business, don’t have one!!

I’ve put off rating this pharmacy bc I was giving them some grace due to covid. At this point it’s just terrible business practice on the part of Kroger that seems to be the issue—drive through is constantly closed with signs that say condescending things like “don’t ring the bell, we can see you,” and “if you continue to misbehave we’ll be forced to close,” AND “we’re short staffed so please be understanding.” Are you kidding me?! Kroger, cough up more money to pay GOOD people who come to work and exhibit professionalism.

TL;DR: I would not send anything time-critical to this location.

I had a prescription sent to the pharmacy 2 1/2 hours before closing. The pharmacy tech told me they were busy and it would be 30 to 60 minutes, but they would send me a text when the prescription was ready -- I received no texts.

So, I showed up about 20 minutes before closing because I assumed the text had failed to be sent and I needed my prescription. In the end, they figured out that no text was sent because they couldn't fill the order. I asked if I could go to another pharmacy to fill the order, so they called the West-side Kroger, and they had what I needed, so they asked them to fill the order. Except it was 7 minutes before closing, and it takes 15 minutes to get there.

I talked with the pharmacy tech about why I wasn't told there was a problem, and ultimately, I talked to the pharmacist as she was were turning the lights off with me standing at the counter. I also asked her, "when did you know there was a problem? what should I do differently in the future?" To both those questions, the answer was "I don't know."

I told her that their lack of concern and problem-solving didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me to send prescriptions there in the future. The pharmacist apologized for the inconvenience. Either the pharmacy procedures are poor (why doesn't someone call to notify of a problem?) or the work ethic is poor (i.e., they are supposed to call, but could not be bothered to do it). Either way, I will not be sending my prescriptions to this location anymore.
