Went to tractor supply this evening to get a bag of puppy food. Got to the check out realized my bank card was in my phone case at home. The workers there were amazing and one gentleman offered me a small bag of their dog food to try because my puppy was completely out and I didn't have enough cash with me.
Completely amazing and it makes me love that store even more! There are still decent people left in the world. Thank you for your kindness I appreciate it more than you could imagine....

This is where we get our dog food from. They always have what we need in stock and there are frequent discounts and clearanced bargains to be taken advantage of. The employees are friendly and they just love when we bring our dogs in. We have even brought our new puppy into the store and walked around for an hour or so for the sole purpose of acclimating him with the general public. They know all three dogs by name and it's just very enjoyable. It's the only place I actually enjoy shopping at mostly because I can being my dogs along.

Alissa provides excellent customer service. Today we intended on returning a product shipped to the store because we learned competitor pricing was $50 less. We intended to return the product, that is, before we encountered Alissa. She worked with us to price match which kept the sale and she was so customer service oriented that it guaranteed our loyalty to our local store. Hoping this is monitored by the company so it recognizes what an asset it has in this employee. This is a happy picture of my son with the product we intended to return.

Loved taking our little pupper into the store, picked out a little coat for her for the cold weather. She even got a treat from the cashier! One satisfied lil pup.

Helpful staff. We went in knowing what we wanted. A staff person aided us and answered questions , so make and model was selected quickly. We were in and out within 15 minutes.
