AT&T Store

Needed an upgrade on my phone bought a iPhone 15 pro max and Megang and the store manager Jeremy was very helpful getting everything switched over. They explained everything so well tome. Very satisfied customer and I would recommend them to anyone! Also ended up buying my first Apple Watch as well. Very pleased with both products and customer service I got from them!!

I had an awesome experience at this AT&T store! I was switching from another provider on line at the ATT website, but my order got canceled for some reason. I went into the Berea location for help and the gentleman was able to solve the problem quickly, while also helping me leave my new line and my new phone. Overall I think this location does an outstanding job helping their customers.

So much better than Verizon, I had Verizon for years but they kept going up on my monthly bill so we went to at&t to see what their plans were and ended up switching there services is great and I saved over 150 a month with them compared to Verizon

So helpful and patient. They all work together to get you set up. Answering questions is so helpful and they are so kind! They will get you going!

I am one of those people that hates a monthly payment on a phone. While in the store with our son, Jared told my husband about the promotion going on with the Galaxy 20 Note Ultra. Well, it was so good, we got 2! Our visit was timely and both gentleman in the store were very helpful! We love our new phones!!

Jeremy fix my phone in two seconds flat. Very pleased with the service.

Two young people waited on us. The young man is very knowledgable and helpful, and the young lady was so very helpful. Both very pleasant. My husband and I are older and are still learning about the tricks and the not so funny things our phones can do for us. These two see us about once every two weeks yet remain just as pleasant while helping us. We are blessed they work for us in Berea.

Beautiful store!! This is only place I go to update phones, get screen savers and get advice. I love the manager there she is amazing! Always offering solutions to any problem I have with my phone. I love this store!
