Yesterday I was stranded at the Pleasant Grove AutoZone when my car failed to start. James, the manager of the store, was more than helpful as I waited for a mechanic to come and install a new starter motor. To my surprise, James even bought dinner for me as I waited. You can't get much better than the kind and helpful team at AutoZone and I shall always be a loyal customer from now on.

I just moved from Vegas. I called 3 different auto zones in the area and they weren’t waiting to help me with my battery replacement. Thankfully I got a hold of James at pleasant grove. He said to come in and he would take care of it! I couldn’t be happier! He replaced my battery in my bmw which wasn’t an easy replacement. He was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile. He definitely could of told me he couldn’t help but was amazing it’s hard to find good people like James give the him a raise so grateful he knew what he was doing and was willing to help thanks James

I came in last month because my engine light was on, I had James helping me and told me what was going on, he saved me a trip to a mechanic shop and my light was gone! Thank you for him being there and helping me beyond my expectations.

James, the store manager, was super helpful. He answered all my questions and even taught me how to install my new wiper blades—hands on!

I've shopped Auto Zone for yrs. I came in trying to figure out my issue with my high beam, after my new one didn't work suspected maybe it was a faulty bulb they offered me a new one to try. Hence looks like it may be a bad connection. They were patient and helpful. Thx

Best place for car parts. They always honor the warranties without trying to get out of it. Highly recommend whether it's for minor or major car parts. They also have great car accessories.

Hands down the best the best Auto Parts I've ever been too. Anthony and James were super friendly as soon as I walked through the door. Anthony charged my battery, helped me find some new terminals and called me as soon as the battery was finished charging. 1 week later I came back with questions and Anthony was there to help. These guys are super knowledgeable, friendly and have some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Anthony went more than the extra mile to help get me on my way! I appreciate you guys. You have a customer for life! Give these guys a raise!

James the manager was so helpful when I came in. My oil light came on in my car. James went above and beyond. Grabbed his coat, came out to my car. He checked the oil and even filled it up for me. He made sure all was well before I got back on the road.

I had 2 gentlemen help me last night with replacing a headlight bulb. They were very sweet, and had the patience to do what other stores could not. I sadly can't remember their names, but I wish them the best of luck, and many thanks

Everyone here is nice, and the store manager is fantastic. He's super knowledgeable, very kind, and easy to talk to, which -- as a woman -- is a refreshing change from what it's typically like talking to a mechanic or car guy. He changed my car battery this morning in less than an hour, even cleaning all the corrosion off of everything. Can't recommend this place enough.

Store manager Ryan was awesome! Needed a new battery. He got me checked out and the batteries swapped in no time! I told him the battery I wanted and he went and got it, no questions asked. He even noticed one of my leads was loose, let me know and took care of it. Excellent service

Today I stopped in for breaks and Miguel was awesome and gave the best customer service I have ever had at Autozone And honestly some of the best customer service I've had anywhere. He was enthusiastic, happy to help, knowledgeable and made the overall experience a great one! At this Autozone They always give good customer service. He said Autozone's number one goal is customer service and taking care of the customer And I believe him. Whatever Miguel is making is not enough and I authorise a minimum of a 10% increase. 😁 Thanks for the great service today!

I’m impressed by the hassle free service I received today. I returned a battery and Brody at the service counter not only simplified the process but step by step walked me through it. At the end of my shopping experience I walked out of Auto Zone with a great smile of satisfaction. Good job Brody and the responsible individual who hired him. Thanks.
