Metro by T-Mobile

I love this store in particular I bought my first phone from the store in Oxford and broke it within the first week so to get by until I can get a new one I bought a cheap $20 phone at Walmart and took it to Metro to see if they could swap my SIM from the the phone I broke to the cheap phone that I bought and the guy told me I couldn't do that so I had to end up buying a whole another phone and add another line to my service so I can have a phone that day come to find out I was able to do it online by myself it took 10 minutes so he lied but I went to the Anniston location to add on my tablet that I love by the way and they were so accommodating so patient and very informative on the products and my service that I was I definitely recommend the store on 21 in Anniston over the one in Oxford

The people here are special. The quality of the work they do is outstanding. Metro pcs Is now Metro by T-Mobile. Using the same T-Mobile network that has triple the coverage since 2015. Bringing a BIG BAM to Alabama!

I absolutely LOVE Tammy and the girls! They are always hooking me up! They know my family by name and knows what we like. Wasn't too happy with the new guy Mick but Maybe he's still training. He was all over the place. I love this store though. Best in the city!

This young lady is responsible for retaining our family's business (we will stay with them a total of 6 phones with this particular MetroPCS store) for over a year with no end in sight, an in this day of phone company hopping, that speaks volumes! While MetroPCS has great product and terrific program offerings, they had us at customer service. Things in the communication world change minute by minute, but we can always count on Tammy and her team to take care of us. You're doing yourself a disservice if you are with a company who views you as merely a number. Love you, Tammy!!! 💗

I usually come into this store and have an issue I couldn't get fixed over the phone. I can almost always get my issue fixed within 5 to 10 minutes. Paying my bill? Even less time. This location is great!!
