We had a wonderful experience at Ingrams on Sunday April 7th. Frank shared his knowledge and expertise to make the entire suite process a breeze. Everyone else at the shop was very friendly and even though the store was busy, the atmosphere was pleasant and clean.

I had a great experience with the Ingram’s staff! I ended up purchasing a custom suit for my wedding here. Every step of the way I felt all the details were taken care of extremely well. The process was smooth, and the staff also helped with clothing for my groomsmen. I certainly recommend checking out this men’s shop!

My fiancé and I came here at a recommendation of a family member - we’re so glad we did. We had a poor experience at another big box men’s shop but we remained hopeful going into Ingrams. We cannot say enough wonderful things. Our sales associate was Nick and he was above and beyond what we were expecting. We gave him some details about our wedding and we ended up purchasing everything he recommended! He was honest, transparent, kind and patient throughout the entire appointment! Even the other staff members and owner chatted with us - everyone was just so welcoming. It was truly a breath of fresh air and I’m so glad they made my fiancés appointment feel special. GO HERE! You won’t be disappointed.

Exceptional service. They have a selection of clothing (including design) that rivals the best nationally-recognized men’s clothiers, but with Ingram’s you receive patient, helpful customer service. I have shopped there twice and will continue to go to Ingram’s.

Needed a new suit that was going to need some custom fitting. They did an excellent job at making sure the entire suit looked just right. The big night game and my son looked so dapper and very proud as he received so many compliments! Excellent customer service and would highly recommend!

This place was amazing; they were so helpful, and they had more options of these colors to help match your bridesmaids' dresses versus Men’s Wearhouse. The owner himself went to excellent links to find the exact color match to the dress color that I had picked and he wasn’t gonna stop telling found it and he did and I was ecstatic so I couldn’t ask for better service and better looking groomsmen in the suits that we end up choosing from them.

If you’re looking for a place to find the perfect suit, look no further. Everyone here is fantastic and helped me at the eleventh hour to get a suit put together for an interview. Please don’t be like me and check if the suit in your closet still fits at the last minute! I was able to pick up my new suit the next day and the folks working there even helped make sure my tie was perfect before heading off to my interview. Thanks to everyone at Ingram’s for the help.

I found myself in need of a suit, and decided to visit Ingram’s. I’m so glad that I did! Linn greeted me, listened to my needs, and found me the perfect suit jacket and accessories. Linn was thorough, friendly, and made the process a breeze. I found the cost to be quite reasonable, especially with the service provided. When the need for a new suit presents itself again, I will be a loyal Ingram’s customer. The big box stores have nothing on local customer service. I am a wedding coordinator (Once Upon a Wedding) and bridal stylist at a local place in Hagerstown. I met the owners of Ingrams, Kelly & Paul at a bridal show by chance as I was networking. I also worked with Linn, J. Frank Fearnow Jr and I believe Bobby!

They all but especially the owners were very professional, easy to talk to and such a positive light even without me truly being a customer in that specific moment. And guess what? Because they gave me nothing but professionalism, knowledge and care, I have already and will go back to work with them. They even went out of their way to do something kind even when it wasnt necessary (business to business).

I was impressed by their employee business attire, pricing was fabulous, cleanliness was great, and the vibe/decor was very much fitting with the theme of the store.

For a wedding that I am coordinating in May, I just went back yesterday with the Bride and Groom along with the groomsmen. There were several color options and patterns, many of the suit styles and formal wear were displayed on mannequins (a beautiful help for all customers to see visually).

Accessories such as ties, bow ties, shoes, vests, etc. are all offered from my memory and I didn’t even make it past the middle of the store - all were able to be seen. Rentals and purchases are available. There may be limitations on these offers and/or products, I want to make sure I am not overstepping anyone or giving incorrect information.

Great always has been. I have shopped at Ingrams Mens Shop since the 80s.
