My experience at the location has always been above expectation. This includes all the staff, especially with Coshanna Roberson. She has the patience of a Saint and a great teacher.

Helped me out in a timely manner. Employees are professional, pleasant and well trained !

I like this T-Mobile store. Really helpful. I went on a weekday around 2:30 pm. No one was in the store needing help. 6 service employees were all available. I was the only one in the store needing help. Got in and got out inquiring about buying a new phone. Prices, payment qualifications, ect. Vada helped me. She was very knowledgeable. Thanks!

I was actually a customer the day the Jayson customer was there. Aaron went above and beyond to try help him, but he was just very rude! He caused a huge scene and used foul language in front of my children! Aaron was extremely professional and patient! After that crazy guy left Aaron then went on to help me solve my issues! Aaron deserves a raise for not only dealing with that guy but for continuing to make everyone else’s experience better! Thank you aaron!

Vada helped me, I had a tech problem for a few months. Vada you are awesome. Acknowledged me with a big welcome when I walked in, was very friendly and helpful. The 5 stars are for Vada.

This office went above and beyond to help my brother in law change his service from Tracfone aka Verizon. It literally took a week and phone calls than I can count to get it done. The manager was involved and was very patient and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

very kind people!! aaron and shay were very kind and coversational- even after a karen came in and yelled/cussed them out for doing their job... i have never had a problem with the employees at the stores and i TOTALLY reccomend!! give these people a raise :)

The sales associates and managers are great! Highly recommend this location! They will take care of any issue you may have. I’ve been to stores that seem shady and just want to make a sale, but the employees at this location will just make sure you’ve got the best deal for your family. You can tell they really care.

I bought a phone few weeks ago and Ms. Ariel Adam's was so kind and compassionate and helped me so much. She was very respectful and really wanted to listen and help. I will give 6 stars if I could but highly recommend Ms. Ariel service at kenosha sprint store. She is amazing! Thank you,

I recommend the Aspen store!! Laden was very helpful, knowledgeable in solving a difficult transaction I received at the Hillside store in BA. The best customer service at Aspen. They worked so well together to ensure that you are treated fairly. Thank y’all !!!

Irving has won my repeat business. I’m old school when it comes to buying new phones and Irving was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will continue to drive to this store as long as Irving is there. If he gets moved to a different store I will drive the extra distance for great customer service.

They were super nice, and very helpful. The folks there took the time needed to help me find the right phone plan and get set up with new service.

Staff was great with providing the information I need to decide on a new family phone plan for my fiance and I. We will be back.
