Clayton did an excellent job at getting my service connected. Very knowledgeable and fast paced, has great customer service skills. Had my service connected and back out the door I was in under 15min, couldn't be happier. Very satisfied!

Even though they did not have the items in stock . They ordered the items and we should be hearing from them soon. They were very professional and helpful in choosing a phone and tablet for my wife. They even set up my account with 1st net as a 1st responder. Thank you to all that helped and for making it a pleasant visit..

Me and one of my friends just moved out at 17&18 to a house where AT&T service is the only thing available we decided to get an AT&T hotspot for wifi and while we were in the store the service rep explained and done all she could do to help us learn the experience and get us the best deal while also switching our phones to get those bills cheaper also Jalisa will be who I ask for when going in there from now on!!

Excellent customer service
I was paying way to much for Verizon and having to go to AT&T just to get apple product accessories because Verizon doesn’t carry them (smh) AT&T just asked me about what I was getting at Verizon and how much I could save with them so I finally made the decision to do it and they was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything no complaints at all

I was very much impressed with the service provided to me by Representative Taylor. She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable in her job!! She is a Keeper for sure

AT&T bailed me out. Verizon completely abandon support in March 2020; it was one road block after another; I was passed around until I got back to where I started. I went to the AT&T store and was helped immediately, and there has been continuing support for the new equipment I purchased. My experience with AT&T has been superior customer service with a live representative vs an endless computer response menu.

On many occasions I wanted to walk away from AT&T. The customer service on you call is horrible. The information has always been incorrect on several occasions. The last time I upgraded a line and added a line was promised the deal buy one get one free only to be told by Rowen Emp# RL118Q that was not the case. I always have to find Christopher Clevenger at your Gerogetown location 1140 N. Fraser to save the day. I let him know yesterday he is the only reason I have stayed. Thank you once again Christopher whatever they are paying you, it needs to be doubled. It is shameful that the on phone customer service is so bad. People have choices and don't have to put up with it.

I visited the AT&T store in Georgetown, SC where Clayton assisted me. I needed help pairing my IWatch. He took the time to help me and solved my problem. A great visit overall.
