I would just like to thank the employees of Skubinna Home Medical. I had arrived in Emerald Isle on vacation and had misplaced a piece to my CPAP machine and was unable to use it. Several of the employees assisted in helping me find a replacement part. Thank you!! Without you I would have never been able to get a decent night sleep without it. Great customer service!!

Very friendly and accommodating. Christy went above and beyond to help me find the correct cpap hose for my dads machine. She went as far as FaceTiming with my mom to ensure so she could see the machine firsthand and it was a good thing she did! Something as small as a hose makes a huge difference when it comes to my dads health and she took the time to help me even though I was not a patient there. Thank you again.

I just want to say Scubinna Home Medical is so great! They are just lovely people. The second you walk in the door there is a greeting and a smile on their face. They are so knowledgeable about everything that clients need to know. Just a wonderful staff all together. Thank you!

I have a customer for many years, but have decided to move on to another company as their customer service has significantly degraded in the last year. It appears that the new staff is uncoordinated and dysfunctional at times.

Used this company to supply specialty baby formula for my infant during the 2022 formula shortage. I had to call nearly every month to prompt them to send our shipment. Their app was totally worthless. I talked to multiple people about billing and no one had any clue what was going on. Finally got our first bill 15 MONTHS after the date of service. Good luck budgeting for that. I’d recommend utilizing any other company you can for infant formula.

I'm literally 38 weeks now . And I still haven't received anything to even confirm that I'm going to get a breast pump.

They make you fill out the form one million times . Take your insurance details etc etc .. only to tell you that the insurance does not cover the breast pump. Which is a total LIE cause my insurance does . Then they pass you on to their "sister company" who apparently accepts the insurance. N they do NOTHING too !
Disgusting.

Buyer beware! I completed the process with this company to get a free breast pump through my insurance then NEVER heard from this group again. Despite contacting them to get a status on my claim, complete radio silence. Whatever it is they are doing is a total scam.

My doctor has submitted an order for my breast pump twice, I’ve contacted them through their portal and by phone and still have not hear back. It’s been over two months. Horrible service, don’t use them.

As a customer of skubinna, I'm am not satisfied with the customer service. I've had sleep apnea and have been using a clap for 10 years. I went in to purchase head gear on 6/22/18 because mine broke and I can't sleep without it. I was willing to pay what ever the cost to get a mask and the girl said I had to make an appointment for Monday. Now I'm without a cpap and they lost a customer. Second time this has happened with the same person. 5 minutes with me and could of had a couple hundred dollars sale. Very disappointed.

My mom broke her ankle and called for pricing on a knee scooter. The man said $25 a DAY! She then explained she only needed it for 2 days and was waiting for The delivery of her knee scooter that she had just purchased. When the representative found out she only needed it for two days he said oh wait it’s $45 a DAY. She then called Johnson drug in Jacksonville and was able to rent one for only $20 a WEEK. I think it is sad that a company would take advantage of an injured person in need for a couple days!!!

Terrible employees. Rude, not wanting to help or assist. They have the door locked and when they answer, they stand in the door with it ajar. Body language shows they don't want you in their place and don't care
about helping you. I will never go there again.

Went for 1st adjustment and were unwilling to help without another prescription for that. Guess that's how they make money
