Love the self check out I can get in and out very quickly. Smaller store so they don’t always have niche crafting items but they have most of what I need on a day to day basis.

I was recently shopping in the Michael’s location in Southbury Connecticut while I was on my way to New York. I stopped, just to purchase a few things, and was shocked at how neat clean and organized the store was ! All the workers were friendly and attentive to my questions. I even passed by who I believe was the store manager who helped me over in the custom framing area with the questions that I had. It was great to see a leader out on the floor, giving direction and helping customers which is something you don’t find in brick and mortar stores anymore. I will definitely be visiting the store again and will become my primary source of crafts and custom framing going forward. if I could give this store 10 stars I would. Kudos to the leader ship team in that building.

Thrilled to have Michaels newest store here in Southbury! Friendly and helpful staff, fully stocked and well organized, a great framing department, and super clean. Have been in multiple times and each time has been a pleasure!

I was pleasantly surprised that this location was open. The store was beautiful and well stocked. And the employees were attentive and very helpful. I'll definitely be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good suggestions and have aways been able to point me in the right direction, whether it's for myself or someone else. The framing department was helpful also and did a great job, although I recommend calling first to make sure someone is there.

One of the smaller stores so not the full range or depth of items but the squeeze a lot in, and it's always tidy.

Michaels is my go-to store for my craft needs. This particular store is smaller than some other locations. It is also self check-out only, which is a slight draw-back in my opinion.

My experience was good, I was able to find most of the crocheting materials I needed. The staff was both friendly and helpful.
