I have never had such a great experience at a mobile store before. This is mainly due to Joshua. His customer service is second to none. He's incredibly knowledgeable of all of the programs T-mobile has to offer. He has impeccable customer service and a great disposition. My girlfriend and I are very happy with our new service, phone and internet. Ask for Josh. He'll take good care of you with a smile.

I came here a couple of weeks ago to help my parents transfer from another provider. Quincy G. went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist us with professionalism, patience, and expertise! He gave us the best deal and advice and maintained a level of customer service that was more than we expected. Also wanted to give a quick shoutout to Elena for assisting us with the final transfer. Kudos to this location for giving my family an amazing experience during our time of need!!

Came in to take care of my mother's phone. This involved moving her from another one horrible carrier to T-Mobile to be added to our plan and we were fortunate to meet Quincy. This was not an easy process as the carrier was outside of the US and we were experiencing many problems. Quincy was well mannered, super helpful and most importantly knowledgable about what we needed to do. We had to return the following day and he made sure to coordinate a time when he would be in the store to further assist us with our issue. Our issue was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner and my mom got her old number back as well as a working phone in less than 24 hours. Quincy was amazing and if you are having issues with your phone/service he's your guy!

Came in to upgrade my sons phone from the 12 mini to a 14. Thanks to Elena Infante the process was smooth she was so helpful and quick. This location was great.

These guys are very kind and opened to solve any concerns. Josha and his boss are an example of what I'm saying.

What an amazing experience I had at T-Mobil today! A young man named Jonathan helped me and my wife buy Air Pods and was able to explain the differences in the models and showed me which one would best fit my need and my budget. The whole time I thought I was speaking with the manager due to his exceptional customer service and attentiveness from the minute me and my wife walked through the door. He even told us about the 5G internet service T-Mobil will soon bring to my area and he put us on a notification list when it does so we can bundle our services. This will definitely be my new T-Mobil store from now on! Thank you Jonathan and the T-Mobil team for a great experience! See you for my next phone!

Jose is helpful and efficient. He greeted us immediately and showed us the utmost respect and courtesy. 10/10 would recommend for all your cellular needs. To add to the generally pleasing environment, he was bumping amazing music at this location. The store is well organized and super clean. He did a superb job when explaining to my mother her leasing options for her iPhone. He is a bilingual sales consultant extraordinaire!

Chris Monticello, was one of the best experiences going with a new phone company in my life. He’s very kind hearted and attentive to all the news that I needed because I had a iPhone SE, and he help me upgrade to a new iPhone 11,. The customer service at this location was incredible! I was having trouble transferring my photos and contacts to a new phone and the guys stayed past their shift just to make sure that everything got transferred for me! I am so happy I chose to go to this Sprint location

When I first walked in one of the employees recognized that I was Muslim and greeted me with Asalaamu Alaykum (peace be upon you) ana was truly a peaceful and great experience. Everyone working was awesome. I went in to activate an iPhone that I already had and I ended up adding another line and getting the new 11 PRO.
