I deliver freight here from time to time and the guys who work here have got to be the rudest people I've ever experienced. God forbid they actually speak to you. They sit there on there phones while you wait to be acknowledged and when they do it's an inconvenience. 84 lumber could really use a customer service seminar..

Patricia is an amazing designer. Very patient.

Untill delivery, then the place was a s*-(? show. Customer service was horrid. She made a huge error, a non functioning cabinet and told me to hack it.

Dismissive and condescending. And the store manager was no better.

Check your invoice for bs charges.... Go to Lowes or Ikea. At least you'll know when you walk into those stores what to expect.
