United States Postal Service Reviews

I honestly do not understand the awful customer reviews for this post office. Each and every time I’ve had an encounter with this post office, the staff has been more than helpful and kind. The customer service I’ve received has been wonderful and I’m very appreciative of the hard work the staff demonstrates.

Depends on who you get, but I usually have no problems at all with service, even when they are busy. The staff is usually quite helpful. Lots of haters on here, so I had to say that not everyone experiences the same thing.

I love the old school cozy feel & look of this post office. I love how you can park in front of the building to run in pick up your mail.

**UPDATE** The supervisor Tom was very apologetic and assured me he would deal with the staff. He was very polite and understanding. He is the only reason I will continue to give them my business!**
If I could give a negative star I would. The staff who served us decided to make comments about how dark my fiancé is in front of our 4 yo daughter. The staff then thought it was appropriate to say to my daughter that it’s ok that her daddy is dark because she is lighter and pretty. I’ll be calling Monday to speak to the supervisor.

Clerk was rude, didn’t know i could get that much attitude and be interrupted so much in a 3 minute exchange. Helped with what i needed but i see why there’s so many bad reviews here

Truly the worst Post Office in probably all of America. I sent out invitations for my baby shower. They got sent out all over Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri and probably a few other places I can't think of. I sent them out over a month ago. I thought it was odd the people in Niles hadn't gotten them but everyone who lived there informed me the post office sucks there. Today I just got 9 of my invites back all Nile's addresses! The shower is this weekend. So congrats on being the only office that couldn't manage to do their job...

There’s a white lady working during the hours of 4pm on a Monday who’s very rude! Someone needs to teach her some manners and communicating skills! If you are not up for the job then do not come to work, simple! How does she even still have her job AT ALL?? All of these reviews are about her!

Worst post office!! I go to Girard to mail everything!! I don't get my mail and I get other people's mail. What is wrong here?? Laziness or carriers that are not doing their job? They do not know the job? Where is management to take care of these problems? And when u tell the supervisor he says the regular guy has been off sick for a long time
Well are others not capable? Stop with the excuses!!!

30 minutes to speak to a service representative at the United States Post Office. WTH...Why can't I just call my local office and speak to someone. I'll never understand why it's so friggen hard to speak to a human being. Today's customer service experience at it's finest sucks!!
