Panera Bread

The menu options at this Panera Bread location are plenty, the French onion soup that I had was very tasty, and the lemonade mint drink was also very tasty!

As for the staff, they are very nice and friendly.

I will definitely be coming back, especially for the French onion soup and drinks!

Prices will always be my issue with Panera, but it has a great working atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Their food is tasty, however when I can go to a sit-down restaurant, be served, and leave a tip for less than the cost of a pick2 and a drink at Panera there is a problem.

I was there during the lunch hour. Although there was a line, it went quick. My order was taken easily and the wait for my order to come up was negligible. If I can't make my own mac and cheese at home, Panera's white cheddar mac is my go to, even if it comes from a giant bag and sits in a warmer.

Brian the manager is awesome. I worked for him for three days back in 2014 and had to quit due to personal family reasons. This store is very nice. When I worked at the mall I would get a bagel at least 5 days a week and cofee and lunch and even dinner sometimes 🤣 but they always were friendly and so kind. Love this establishment!

I work here, if’s very clean and the food is great! We use fresh products and make sure everything is up to date and clean. We switch out food everyday that way we can make sure everything stays fresh. It’s a very healthy alternative to fast food!

Very nice customer service! I actually forgot my phone, while I was getting my drink. I called my phone and Liz picked up, kept it in the office and gave it back upon my return. I was so thankful! Not only was the service great but so was my food and my overall experience. Thank you again!

Absolutely delicious! This location is clean and the staff is very friendly. It's near the mall and other shopping plazas so it's a great spot to grab lunch while you're out shopping. I ate there twice while I was in town. Highly recommend if you like healthy food or if you're already a Panera fan.

I always have a great experience here. The food is delicious and healthier than most fat food options. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well. Today I had an online pickup. The app wouldn't let me shoot before 7:10am since they don't open until 7. I called the store last night to see if they could have it ready at 7. 10 minutes doesn't sound like much but it can be hugely helpful

Great coffee and a nice selection of pastries always made fresh daily. No day olds here. Most of the staff is friendly. Avoid the management if you can. Not too warm.

Panera is a favorite of mine for so many reasons. I love the food of course, healthier and way more tastier than fast food, but still fast! Great place to meet friends because the seating is comfortable(and I think all restaurants have the cozy fireplace) and no one makes you feel like you've be sitting there too long. That's important because we do like to linger over our meal and talk, sometimes for a couple hours! Other restaurants make you feel like you're getting the bum's rush out the door if you sit more than 40mins! Another plus is NO tipping! That's because Panera pays their employees a living wage. Panera also cares about the community. I've worked charity food give aways and Panera has been generous in feeding the hungry. When I leave, I can't resist stocking up on delicious loaves of bread and pastries and of course their bagels are the best! Lastly, I have to comment on how nice, helpful and patient their counter staffers always are!

I had the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl absolutely delicious. I couldn't eat all of it! I will definitely order it again.

Fresh food, variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, awesome coffee, and extensive bakery items make this one of my favorite restaurants around. Their recent changes towards using more natural ingredients in their foods has made all of the difference and has improved the taste of their soups and sandwiches dramatically.

That being said, they are a soup and sandwich shop, with a bakery attached, so don't expect too much variety between types of food available.

Slightly more expensive than other locations nearby but the fact that i have yet to have to return an item because it was prepared wrong or that i have never received the wrong order makes it with the extra buck to me.

I guess I'm not as fussy as some here. I've been here at least a couple dozen times and my family is always greeted nicely, food prepared the same as any other Panera, and the coffee is very hot. It's actually too hot, most of the time, but that is easily remedied. It sounds like the complaints were for the drive-thru, which I have never used.

Awesome, very fast! I had my food within 2 minutes of getting my drinks. Everything was as you'd expect, it's a chain, however that does not mean it wasn't good. Soup was hot and salad was fresh

I've lost 10 pounds eating several salads a week, at the one in Niles and Stow were I work! Great service and great food at both! Just wish the takeout was as large as the eat in. The salads are always smaller through the drive through, I use the same size bowl at home 😟

Great Food !!! Our toasted sandwiches were fresh and they didn't skimp on the steak either. Our food was made promptly and the staff on our visit were were 'super friendly" with us ( = great tip). The restaurant was clean and had a new appearance.

That blueberry scone is too delicious. I ain't gonna neva lose weight messing around with Panera Bread and their delectable pastries! Yummmmm!!!
