Would have loved more options for paint tube wringers other than plastic key type that I found but otherwise the store was well stocked with much variety. Great customer service at check out also with many cashiers open.

I never leave Michael's empty handed! They were having a phenomenal sale, I got a great assortment of items to decorate my house for Christmas this year. They had a lot of what I needed to make my dream Christmas theme a reality!

Ordered online. The staff was super helpful explaining how online pickup works for the future. As I was waiting the staff member was asking other staff about the cricket tool that another client has questions about. They are quick, clean and helpful!

Craziest selection of craft and art supplies I've ever seen. Also variety of price points from low tier to top of the line. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I would certainly recommend it to others.

I absolutely love this store. Every person who works here is friendly and they always help out with coupons. If you draw or paint for a hobby, this is absolutely the place to go for all you need.

I went to the this location on 10/22/22. I needed something framed for 3 days later but was told it would be a week. I started to panic as this was for my mother-in-law funeral in 3 days Quinton, from the framing department, went above and beyond to help me figure out how to do this on my own. He walked with me all over the store, dealt with me while I was on and off the phone, offered advice and ideas, helped me carry everything I needed and made sure I had everything. You never know what someone is going through and for him to spend this much time with me and help, it makes this difficult time that much easier. Thank you so much Quinton!

Michaels has very informative and super nice employees. Such a nice variety of flowers. I found baby rose bushes in yellow, pink and white on sale for 99cents each. I used them with baby's breath in a teacup and saucer arrangement and gave them to my daughters and granddaughters . They loved them . I also used them in flowers for decoration day . Georgeous

I came in to get some Framing, and it wasn't easy, because I had to match some old frames that I bought at Michael's many years ago. Abigail was terrific. She got me exactly what I wanted, the price was reasonable, and I am very pleased with not only my purchase, but also, how quick and easy it was to get what I wanted. Great service, great prices, and a fantastic product. and this was on the Sunday right after Black Friday, and before Cyber Monday, so you know if your staff is working this hard between the big sales of the holiday weekend, you know they're good. And the discounts? How about 70% off? The only problem for Michael's is, I saved so much money it'll be hard for them to give their staff a raise ---and they deserve one. Great job - I'll be back!

My experience with this store is that I really like some of the things they have there. When I'm "trying to feel crafty", (cause crafts are really not one of my best skills), Michael's usually has what I'm looking for and more. A+🎨
