Metro by T-Mobile

The customer service over there is great, they know what they were talking about, the only bad thing for me it was too many customers and not enough employees, otherwise they would receive 5 star.
I know it's not your fault that everyone decided to come into shop at the same time, because I could have came in in a different time and that place would be empty.
Over all the place is a very clean and great customer service and that's all that counts.

Phones are ok the store was clean and employees courteous

One star today only bcuz the employee was terrible! The first time i was there Richard helped me with a new phone, very pleasant person. Today, OMG the employee (should have got her name) was so unpleasant, it wasn't just today because I had stopped in to ask a question a few days previous, she wasn't pleasant then either. I was the only customer in the store so it wasn't because she was overwhelmed with customers. I don't like writing bad reviews but my goodness the business won't last long at this location if she continues to be employed here. The store has only been open about a year and there is only one Metro in Grass Valley I hate to see it close. Next time I'll call before going in to make sure she isn't working...her attitude is that bad, unfortunately. I hope the powers that be will see this and bring in someone else who wants to help customers. I worried about the mom and two girls that were coming in the door as I was leaving.

On sept 29 the lady was super nice, but i got charged an installation fee that i was not informed of (could have done it myself) and i was not informed that i could have got a new phone instead of buying one. 😡

It's closed store can't buy or pay your bill just a month I did and they just remodel

dude was absolutely useless. we came in multiple times trying to get an upgrade on my boyfriends phone. he could barely be bothered to stand up longer than 30 seconds let alone help us get a new one. it's ridiculous to see the kind of people who are allowed to work with such advanced technology
