Northwest Ace Hardware

Got some mulch there (250 bags). Once I purchased it they moved it to behind the building so I could load it without difficulty. I didn't have a large enough vehicle to put all of the bags in so they let me come back multiple times to finish the transaction. Was a very good experience.

WOW! I don’t know that I could have more praise for this place. All of the staff that I interacted with were really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

I am a young woman who is about to be a first time home owner and I often feel overlooked or brushed off by other home improvement stores. I felt really valued here as a customer.

The associates are very friendly and helpful. If they can not answer your questions, they will get someone who can. Even though the space is small, this Ace has a great selection and competitive prices. It has always been easy to find what I need for any given project.

Great service. Went in for Va Best flour. They no longer had it. There was a gentleman that worked there that knew of a gentleman that lived mot to far from were I live that has been making flour for several years. Gracious Day Grains...we are going to try his items out.

I stopped here a few weeks ago. I had bought a gallon of paint at another store and didn't realize it was just a base, it wasn't tinted. Two gentlemen in the paint area were very kind and helpful! Fantastic customer service!

I love getting a bargain! I had a coupon for 50 percent off one item and got a pair of wrangler jeans for 6 dollars and change. I always find something good, and the people are so nice 🙂

I really liked this store. They new exactly what I was looking for and took me straight to it. Reminds me of the small home town service you got from the local neighborhood stores. I'll be back.

Although they didn't have what I was looking for the young man was very helpful. The store is very nice inside, it's well lite.

A good hardware store they'll have just about anything you could need for your home projects. Also the cheapest and best place to get propane tanks filled. Staff is always very friendly.

I like Ace Hardware stores. They carry items that you can't find in big box stores - and good quality items. I went towards the end of the work day and the employees were still very helpful and kind - even after the store had officially closed. I'll be back!

They have a nice variety of items and are a convenient place to go. I found the nuts, bolts, washers, and spacers I was looking for to replace some missing bolts on my car. Bonus can be very overpriced at other retail outlets

Great people who helped to fill my propane bottle, 10 minutes before closing. It was 22* outside. The employee was kind and patient, even if he was a little frozen.

Plus, they had baby chicks inside. 😊

They have a great selection of hardware, gifts, and household needs. The staff is always available to point me in the right direction to reduce time and effort when I'm in a hurry. Also great selection in lawn flags, mailboxes, posts, etc.

I was just window shopping.. Looking for a small lawn ornament. Most of their early Spring things are sold out. They are always asking if you need help which is very helpful.

Great little hardware store, has a really good selection of paints and caulks. Keeps me from having to drive to the traffic mess in Midway, they also have about any piece of Hardware you would ever need, actually there Hardware selection is better than Home Depot or Lowe's.

I get my propane refilled here. It cost much less and last longer than getting a exchange. The clerks are always very friendly and helpful! Thanks guys for keeping me warm!!
