The UPS Store

We had a few PDF’ printed and notorized. The male ( on Sunday). I forgot his name, was so professional and efficient. We would definitely use this store again.

I love this store!! The manager is a great teacher for his new employee. Not only that I accidentally left my credit card at the store in sending out a package.
As you can imagine… 24 hours later I realized my error. Terrified it was gotten in the the wrong hands.
The manager found it .. saved it for me. I will forever be thankful!!!

I had 2 large packages to ship overnight, going out of state but had issues with my pre-printed labels. Chad and Danny were professional, super knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me.
My packages arrived on-time and in tip-top shape. This location is the best in the area. I did not have good experiences at other UPS stores in the area. Thanks guys!

How refreshing when a young man (Jamari) runs out from behind the desk and helps an older woman (me) through the door with a heavy box. Refreshing! Shout out to Jamari! Thank you! You were raised right...

The staff of this store is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Store Manager Greg is a pleasure to deal with, always willing to help and even go the extra mile to please his customers. Couldn't ask for better! To the couple who posted 2 negative reviews about the store, Greg is back. I think it's unfair to post negative about a store who has been delivering a great service to you for 6 years. And because of a bad experience from a fill in staff member, all is not lost. I'm sure if you go in, Greg will take care of the issue you have going on. We personally never had an problem while Greg was out injured. Sorry it wasn't the same for you.

I highly recommend this store and more importantly Gregg from this store. He was extremely helpful in assisting me to ship back my returned items from Amazon. Amazon had sent me the wrong labels and they stored my heavy packages for me so I didn't need to transport them again while waiting for the correct labels to arrive.

Have you used them at least weekly for the past 3 years. They are knowledgeable friendly and I rely on them and know they will get the job done! Best UPS Store ever!

I can not tell you how thankful I am for how helpful they were here!! I had nine large and heavy boxes to ship, and Cory accompanied me to my car with a dolly and brought all of them into the store for me! Something I am pretty sure NO OTHER place would do, especially the USPS!!! Customer service still exists :)

I really like it there. They are always very helpful to me. They are always very pleasant to work with. I was shocked that they remembered my name when I walked in saying I had a package delivered today for me. I also get my business mail there.
