Wendy's

While in town for Groundhog Day festivities, we stopped at Wendy's for a chocolate Frosty. We went through the drive through and had great service with a smile from the employees.

My first time dining in since they remodeled. Very nice upgrade to the interior, although I'm not sure where they found all of the room yet added to the kitchen. I'm also not one to be disappointed in a decent hamburger. The one I had today was outstanding.

Our food was fresh and hot. The cashier was very polite and amiable. Served us quickly and short wait time for our order. Also the order was correct! Clean pleasant atmosphere. Frostie was perfect.

This location was absolutely outstanding in helping with a mobile mess up! I'm constantly between Dubois and Punxsy. Usually my app automatically picks up the right restaurant based on my location but for some reason this Sunday, it didn"t switch from Punxsy to Dubois. Maybe bc I was just there Sat night? Anyway, I called Punxsy to explain and ask if they could keep our food in the warmer till we got there. They did better! They refrigerated our drinks and remade the sandwiches and nuggets! I was so grateful! Whoever was working August 6th 2023 during the dinner rush THANK YOU!

Out of every drive-thru experience at many Wendy's restaurants, today we had the BEST service around lunch time at the Punxsutawney location. I didn't catch the young man's name, but he was very pleasant, he even recommended to shake the chocolate milk from our kids meal to be sure it was mixed. He is also the only employee to ever offer me a straw for my son's milk. It may not seem like much, but his kindness and wonderful attitude will keep us coming back.

I give it a five stars because it's a nice restaurant with good fast food. Be careful though check your order carefully before you even pull out of the parking lot because my mom and I ordered two Dave's singles two fries We only got one fry and it was burnt. We go back through and we tell her it was burnt and we only got one fry they were to give us two new fries We only got one My mom wanted to go back through I said just forget it. Other than that I've never had a problem with them. These are young high school or freshly out of high school college students trying to make a living I understand we all make mistakes give them the benefit of the doubt they made a mistake I don't hold that against them if you're looking for good chili this is the place to go If you're looking for a good frosty go here this place is good if you're looking for a quick bite to eat

Definitely the best Wendy's experience we've had in a long time. They even took the time to cook fresh french fries and our burgers are actually hot as opposed to the ones you normally get.

Best Wendy's I've been to. Order through the app and do drive-thru pickup for the quickest and best experience! Friendly window service and food is piping hot every time.

Didn't catch the young ladys name, but she was the most sweet , kind drive thru person we have ever had. I even told that to her face...just wish I would have gotten her name. 8/19/22 at 9 p.m.

Wendy's is the a great place to go eat. This is the first I've been to this location. I would go back again when I'm in the area. Restaurant was clean, good service. Looks like it's an older building, not as updated as most, but it's still good. Having an atrium there is nice as well.

Apple Pecan Grilled Chicken salad--its awesome! Get a 'breast only' at my local Wendys for $2.50 to take home, not the sandwich price!

Food was very good. I got chicken nuggies for my dog as a special treat... And a few for me too.

Wonderful service food was great took time to make my son a burger even though it was breakfast time.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Food quality and cost was as expected for the chain.

They are always fast and never forget your order.

I usually do drive thru and I have never had an error with my order.

Clean, large variety on the menu, summer salads are awesome. Wendy's is the quality most people don't expect in fast food.

Very clean. Cant touch the quality of the food that comes out of a restaurant for around here and exceptional service as well. Would certainly recommend dining here!
