I was at Cindy's last week , Washington Ave. location, and the customer service was excellent. A young lady , by the name of Crystal, was helping me. She was very kind and answered all my questions. She helped me find everything i was looking for. I would recommend her and this store to any one looking to spice up a little fun. Thank you so much for your help Crystal.

Went by there last night and was greeted by Krystal. She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and she was able to help me find what I wanted, with no judgement. She even gave me recommendations on other items that I will soon be trying out. She’s the absolute best! She has a cheerful and friendly attitude . She’s knowledgeable of the products in the store. I will definitely be back there because of the experience that she provided. Hopefully, she will be there to help me again. She’s amazing!

I came to this location and received some great help from 2 young ladies by the names of Cece and Crystal. I didn’t expect to spend much money due to it being my first time inside an adult store . With the help of these 2 ladies I ended up seeing some thing I will definitely come back and purchase with also buying a few items I’m definitely glad I did purchase. These two individuals at this Washington ave location was very informative and insightful. I’m glad that I ran into these women my first time going to a adult store . Thanks ladies you’re all the best I will definitely be back to the Washington location !

I recently came to this location to grab a few goodies and I was very pleased with how clean and organized the store was and how much variety this location had. I was greeted by Adrianna who took the time to answer any questions I had. She gave me some really good recommendations on some different products. She recommended a product to me that I had never seen before and maybe would have over looked if it was for her, it ended up being the purchase I was the most pleased with. Thanks again Adrianna.

Crystal and Stephanie were amazing. They helped educate us on products and answered any questions we had. They had wonderful energy and made our experience a great time!

What a nice place! I always feel judged when I walk into a risky style business but the staff made me feel comfortable and unjudged! I had help with choosing some different toys and types of lubricants for me and my girlfriend to try out. Definitely going back! Big thanks to Prycilla for helping me so much!

This location is the best!! All of the girls here have FANTASTIC service and keep a fun, clean environment! Thank you to Pryscilla and Cece for being so energetic and sweet! My experience at Cindies was dope and very exceptional. I was kind of shy to open up and visit a store like this but Adrianna made me feel warm and welcomed and she was very respectful. If you visit Cindies ask for Adrianna she’s super cool.

I was nervous and undecided on what new to try out and wanted to surprise my husband. Adrianna was very informative and gave me options and walked me thru different items. I walked out of the store feeling very confident and eager to use my goodies! 😜🤩
