Our experience at this dealership was worth every mile we traveled and we highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a great deal on a new/used car. We called on Tuesday to see what they had and had the keys to our new truck by Saturday afternoon.

Michael and Jeff really went above and beyond to make sure we were going to have a safe trip home and made sure that if anything were to go wrong with the vehicle, to call them and they would take care of anything we needed.

They even came and picked us up from the airport in Boise! Don’t know if you can say that about any other dealership out there.

I purchased my new mom car from this dealership and have nothing but positive things to say about this place! We live in Colorado and had been looking for a 2022-2023 High Country Tahoe with very specific features, and this was one of two in the country. My husband called them and got more information from them regarding the vehicle. Both Michael (our salesman) and Julie (the manager) made the whole process very pleasant and simple. They sent us many pictures of the vehicle and were so honest and upfront about all the questions we had. We loved how fair in price they were, and didn’t try and sell it way over MSRP like other dealers we had dealt with. I was searching around Twin Falls dealer websites to see what they had for used Ram trucks. Out of all of them, Ruby Mountain on Blue Lakes Blvd. was the only one that had a late model 2500 with low miles, and a super competitive price. They didn't hide anything and demand "call us today!". Given their already stellar reviews, I made the call and got in contact right away with Michael. He set me up with a time to come by that very day (within a couple hours) and had it all ready for me to drive. Michael's not at all like most car salesmen I've encountered. He was super courteous, answered all my questions, didn't try to up-sell me on anything, didn't steer me away from issues I saw, gave me all the facts without any shady bias. It was refreshing. Just a great guy trying to help me out. He even set up my insurance policy for me after all the paperwork was done. Everybody I encountered at Ruby was fantastic as well. The whole sale process probably took about an hour and a half. For my down-payment, I was waiting for one bank to move some cash to another, and they were totally fine with me taking the truck home that day even though I needed them to delay cashing the check until the cash was available. Because the price was at the low end of Kelley blue book value, and the vehicle was immaculate, I didn't even feel the need to try to negotiate the price. They already priced it low to avoid all that. These people are amazing, and I can't sing their praises enough.. Much appreciated!
