Dunkin'

This was a great visit. It was late in the afternoon, and I ordered 6 frosted donuts. Got ther and they didn't have any, picked others no big deal. The young lady also for aggravation ( really none), she added a few additional items. I'm pleasantly surprised. Thank you for going the extra mile.

This place is wonderful, I never have to alter my order like some places. Consistent and always friendly.

Even when it's busy stuff comes out fairly quickly and is usually pretty accurate

Service was a little slow. There was a lot of cars in the drive thru so that expected. It's ok though because I finally was able to get my favorite caramel cold brew so I was super happy considering I haven't had one in so long

I work at a Dunkin’ on the other side of town (and a few out of town prior to that) - So my opinion comes with a full understanding of the frustrations of knowing the tasks at hand… THIS Dunks is phenomenal. Whether it be at 5AM, with 2 people on - Or the crazy chaotic weekends when they’re non stop slammed… Employees are always organized, polite, and efficient. I’d say I’m entirely unsure how this store doesn’t have five stars - But it’s because of the RARE occurrence of problems, those problematic customers WILL take the time to leave a negative review, when the positive are much less encouraged to share their thoughts. Either way, great management and crew here!! Thank you all for making our drinks just right each time ❤

The ONLY reason I gave this Dunkins’ 5 stars is because NICOLE who was working front counter at the time of my visit. Tuesday 5-30-23 & 7:53 am. NICOLE gets the 5 stars. The coffee maker, working with Nichole, gets a -5. Because of the Bank being closed yesterday and my husband forgot to go to the ATM for me, I had to pay in change. Dunkins’ charges an $.30 for added swirls my coffee come to be more then usual. Oh I come from the Rochester New Hampshire area. My coffee is usually $4.22 today WO the whip cream it was $4.55 so I counted out extra change but there was a line of 5 people behind me so, NICOLE said I don’t think it charged you the whip just the extra Carmel. GREAT I said because that was an extra $.70. So, the lady working with her which I’m assuming is the manager, she wearing a black Fila sweatshirt, short hair all in braids, was yelling at her, the whole time in front of the whole store for everyone to hear her About not charging me an extra $.70 for my whip cream which I ended up finding and throwing in their tip jar, By the way. NICOLE also had a line behind me and she wasn’t worried about the $.70 and she was worried about getting the other customers out but she’s being belittled and be raided by either her manager which I’m pretty confident that it was or a coworker is absolutely ludicrous over $.70. Maybe if she wasn’t belittling and be raiding her employee, maybe she would not of messed up my coffee and totally forgot to put in eight creams, instead I got no cream because she was too busy, yelling at her employee or coworker. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in the store and the same lady is yelling at somebody. This is why I think this is the Manager and she was NOT in uniform, I tried calling and then I got told it’s a rush-hour call back. Now I managed a Dunkin’ Donuts on S. Main St. in Rochester for many years and then was a DM before changing careers Whoever this employee is, this Dunkin’ Donuts franchise should be humiliated that she NOT Nicole represents them, and their definition of customer satisfaction and service because if anyone represents a Dunkin’ slogan of customer satisfaction service, it was the young lady Nichole.

Short handed some times. So it's a wait when ordering online even after ordering 15 minutes ahead of time

They rarely mess up my coffee. The weekend staff at not my fav. I was using a reward for a free breakfast sandwich w.purchase of a medium or larger hot or ice coffee. Well I activate the reward and she scans it and it didn't total the price for just the coffee. Instead of getting a manager or shift supervisor to help she stood there looking at me funny&asks me well do you still want it? Uh no unfortunately I'm broke, hence trying to obtain the sandwich for free. Her manager could have comped out the sandwich but nope the girl at the counter could not have cared any less! Sucks bcuz I go here almost everyday but my experience today I just might start going to a different dunks w.better customer service.

Good crew here never a problem

I drive for Lyft in the Manchester, NH area. I have been in this Dunks location several times. It amazes me what a great crew they have here. They are always upbeat and very polite. They interact great with each other and the customers. To the franchise owner, hold on to these employees, they make you lots of money.

This location makes my coffee correct never have to go back and have it fixed. Great job guys keep up the good work and your staff is very polite to me and have great customer service experience

The manager at the South Willow Street next to the Bank of America as a really great guy he helped me in my wife when my car is broke down to recharge my battery and allowed us to sit in the warm instead of being out in the cold thank you.can donuts manager

Let me just say. I work there,i love my customers and the staff that are at this store. Some of the staff are not so great,but its like that at any workplace.. Alot of the employess are teenagers in high school or college. But some have also worked there for years and i love them :) we care about our customers and the service they recieve. So sorry to the customers who arent satisfied. Again we try but nobody is perfect and no workplace is perfect. Hopefully the unsatisfied customers will communicate with us employees to make the experience better. Surely there must be other ways to write reviews other than saying how stupid you think the employees are. Cause i can assure you that is not the case. Thank you to all of the GREAT customers and our regular customers who we care about dearly! You guys make our day everyday :)

Amazing group of people. Knows my order since going there so many years. Saved me when my car wouldnt start. Love the Valley St crew!

The girls at the valley Street one are the best. They know my order when I pull up to drive thru. The best service there.

This is my regular Dunkn restaurant. They are very polite, clean, concise, and well managed. So long as they keep up the good work, I and my family will remain loyal customers.

On point as always. Even during the rush that they're getting because of a closed Dunkins near by. Handled it very well and made it look easy. Big props to the Dunkins crew.

I feel the need to single out one employee, a shift leader named Michael. The place always looks and runs a little better when he is there!

I love MY Dunkins! I stop every day before work and even later on days off. Pretty sure everybody knows my coffee without me needing to say. This is perfect for those mornings I need a smile!
