AT&T Store

Jesse was amazing! He helped us get the best deal possible. He was kind, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We are extremely grateful. We would've bought the phone through Apple if it wasn't for him. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!

Dillion was great to work with and very helpful. I had to change a plan, get a phone, etc and he was patient the entire time. The store was extremely busy but I only had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes.

The young man who helped me was truly amazing! I can’t remember his name, but he was wearing lots of rings. He was super fast, informative and even put my screen protector and case on my new phone for me! Super kind, and friendly. This store is great! Thank you!!!

Garrett is a wonderful sales rep. My partner and I recently got 2 iPhone 14 pros and 2 ultra watches with the whole package and he made it very easy and actually a fun and non-monotonous process. Did I mention my partner switched from T-Mobile and usually is a long process. He made it very easy and quick! If I were to get a new phone anytime soon Garrett is the guy to see!

I usually dread going to the phone store because we have a business account and six lines…however, this last experience was awesome! Garrett is awesome! He was able to help us upgrade all six phones in less than an hour. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which is important for my dad who doesn’t speak English well. Plus, we got a few laughs in and chatted about dogs :)

We recently moved to the mountains and our previous wireless carrier provide spotty service. They were not interested in working with us after 20+ years. It turned out to be to our good fortune. Garrett at the AT&T store was incredible and knowledgeable in helping us select the best plan and very kind in helping me establish service immediately on site. I went in without an appointment and I was quickly greeted and asked what I was there for. I needed a new phone and a plan. Within a few minutes Garrett was able to help me, explain my options, and able to sort out the best plan and phone for me. It was a really good experience and I would recommend. They are doing it right.

Sabrina was awesome! She helped me get setup with the new iPhone 14 Pro, and truly knows her stuff. I often dread the process of setting up and purchasing new phones/services because it can be tedious and time consuming, but Sabrina made the entire process quick & seamless. I had to return to the store for an unrelated issue the same day, and Brennan and Andy fixed the issue with ease.
This team is personable, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend!

I, like other customers, usually dread going to the phone store. But Dylan was a great help, took care of my trade-ins, and even helped me with a few issues that were beyond his required duties. I'm so glad I recently switched from VZ to ATT!

Oh my gosh this store was truly amazing. Two employees greeted us within one minute when we walked in on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Within the first five mins we were in the store we were assigned to Garrett! He was super knowledgeable and an4swered a million questions. He was patient and kind. Never made me feel like I asked a stupid question or like he had better things to do.

Stopped in to upgrade a phone. Garrett was incredibly helpful, and walked us through purchasing and trade in. Made great recommendations for my daughter and was not high pressure. Great store!
