Only been there 2 or 3 times, but they were friendly and seemed knowledgeable when I told them about the issues I had with my phone. Nothing wrong with listen llc to music loud ,which they weren't. Not that there are many cricket stores around, but still.

Even though this store is a prepaid wireless, it is the best deal that you can ever get I've had Verizon, and Sprint which ripped me off over and over and now my bill is always the same $200 for 10 people I just love it and will never switch back to either or
