We just had The Floor Shop redo our entire bathroom (tile shower and floor!) and I am blown away! It looks absolutely fantastic! Dan & his partner were extremely professional and top notch. I was also amazed at how clean and orderly they kept everything as they worked. Greg was awesome to work with as well and maintained an open line of communication throughout the entire process. We are so pleased. Thank you all!

We had an excellent experience with the Floor Shop of Winchester. Front end staff were helpful and had great follow-through in terms of addressing any questions that arose during the process. Greg was also top-notch, demo was completed promptly and then the new install was smooth with no issues. Gorgeous finished project! Highly recommend.

We contracted with The Floor Shop of Winchester to replace flooring at the Grace Anglican Church in White Post, Virginia. The owner visited the church to take measurements and confirm scope, and returned a second time when funds allowed us to increase the scope. The installer removed the old flooring, prepared the floor very well for the new flooring, and kept us informed throughout the install. The results are fantastic A home run!

When we decided to build our forever home, we partnered with the Floor Shop for our flooring and tile needs. As you can imagine, picking out hardwood, carpet, area rugs, tile flooring, shower tile, and backsplashes was quite a daunting task. However, working with Dee Dee and Greg at the Floor Shop couldn’t have been easier. Dee Dee provided excellent advice and was very patient with us as we went back and forth picking out materials. However, once that was done, that’s when Greg stepped in. We had a very specific vision for the tile work in the bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchen and Greg was quick to intervene and laid out the tile placement so the plumbers knew exactly where to place the shower faucets, shower heads etc. This was one of the many extra steps Greg and Dee Dee took to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Attached are some photos of the excellent work the team at the Floor Shop did at our house.

We are now in the process of finishing our basement and of course we turned to the Floor Shop for that project. Dee Dee and Greg once again gave us excellent advice and we look forward to seeing the result of that project.

For me it is important to recognize those who go above and beyond and the team at the Floor Shop does that on a regular basis. If you have a small or large project, I highly recommend you head to the Floor Shop and let them know what you are looking for. I know they will take care of you just like they’ve taken care of us and the many friends and family who have also partnered with the Floor Shop.

Two years ago we built a brand new 5000 sq. ft. brick house in Middletown, VA and the floor shop installed our hardwood floors. They did an outstanding job and our floors are stunning. Just recently we had a mishap where my nephew moved a piece of furniture across the guest room floor and put a deep 3 foot gash across the hardwood.

We called the floor shop and they were friendly and responsive. Unfortunately after reviewing our specs they realized that the wood size we used for our floor had been discontinued by the manufacturer. But they still were able to devise a plan to move forward by using existing paneling from the closet and replacing the hardwood panels on the main floor. Upon arriving we realized that the scratch also went into the closet forcing the installers from the Floor Shop to have to rethink their plan at the last minute. The results were stunning!

When they were done about 3 hours later the floor looked as good if not better than new. I would say I will use them again but I don't plan on building another house. But I will keep going back to them for any of my flooring needs and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality floors and great service!

Everyone at the Floor Shop is friendly and helpful. They did an excellent and timely job installing a new tiled wall surrounding the fireplace and installing the hearthstone

I was on the committee with two other ladies to choose carpet for our sanctuary. We searched many many hours looking for the perfect carpet taking samples to the church to view. Finally with the help of Dee we got the perfect carpet. She even ordered us a larger sample so we could really see it on the floor. The workmanship we received was very professional as this was a very large job. Had to remove all the pews and put them back. We have curved steps and they were done perfectly. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and the patience that Dee has is remarkable. Believe me we tried her nerves. When I need carpet in my home this company will get my business.

The Floor Shop installed carpet and tile in my house and did a wonderful job. Everyone involved were professional and courtious. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
