A hidden gem! Colectivo coffee, smoothies, coffee drinks, fresh bakery, paninis and sandwiches. Yum! You need to stop.

Delicious coffee, cute atmosphere, and the barista competently handled our group of 10 descending on her shop all at once.

The food was amazing! By far the best panini's we've ever had. We had a BLT and a Chicken Artichoke panini that we shared with each other. I also had a vanilla steamed milk which was great and I loved the artistic heart on the top of my boyfriend's cappuccino. The art throughout the cafe was a lot of fun to look at and the antique touches throughout made each table unique. Overall it was a great experience

Wow, what a gem! This is a cute cafe with a nice menu and very tasty food. I had the pizza panini with all the vegetables except for onions. It was so good! Others in my group had grilled cheese sandwiches, the philly panini, and a sandwich with chicken topped with apple. Everyone said their food was excellent. Afterwards we got some birthday cake ice cream to share.

It was clear that the Coop Cafe is a place where people come to eat and stay to do work or talk with friends. It has a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable variety of seating options.

The only criticism I have is that they lack a baby changing station. A small changing pad available to put on the storage chest in the bathroom would probably be sufficient.

I will definitely go back!

Find a reason to drive through Neosho so you can stop by the Coop Cafe. Everything a person needs for a stop during work or play. Good hot food, coffee, and Mullins Ice Cream! The wifi works to post good reviews and conduct online work while enjoying a coffee.

First time eating at The Coop..food was very good, chai and strawberry smoothie delicious. Owner very friendly. Service was great. I highly recommend this coffee house.
