This McDonald's is in a class of it's own, it's the cleanest and most pleasant experience I have had in a McDonald's anywhere in the world. They have flowers on every table, the layout is superb and the staff is polite and courteous. Highly recommend!

Great customer service at this location. Brady was the employee who took my drive thru order.
He went above and beyond with his customer service skills.

Only got coffee through the drive thru, they gave us "pup cups" of whip cream for our dogs. No other one does that - ticonderoga ny

Very friendly and helpful breakfast crew. The young lady working the drive-thru and counter from 3am through early breakfast clearly has a passion to serve, Her commitment to great customer service vastly overshadows her presumptive wage. That commitment and passion should be acknowledged, by me; and rewarded, by you, Franchisee.

McDonalds...well it is what it is..actually my daughter said that her fries were bad( not enough salt) .. still 5 stars as service very good( drive thru) Everyone was very pleasant and service quick.. that's what counts... ( all drive thru peeps fri 06/09/23 around 7pm)

This is a great McDonald's. It is well run and managed, very clean (they garnish their tables with fresh flowers) and promp service. It's quite popular, so considering how busy they are, they keep up with the demand. And of course you can expect the normal quality of food that you would expect at any McDonald's. You'll get what you expect.

The place was clean on a weekday morning that is a good sign. Bathrooms were near perfect for clean and sanitizing. One place a former cook and manager, like myself check first brfore ordering anything. If the staff can't offer a clean environment for serving food. Then you can only hope and pray they care where they prepare the meals.
The store was perfectly cleaned and no overfilled trash containers. Bathroom was just cleaned look so I would go to this store anytime. To the whole staff there, thank you.

Got to give it five stars it's fast food no mess no fuss it's McDonald's got to love those fries. Actually I like to fish fillet better. The only bummer about a fish fillet half a slice of cheese

Some of the friendliest McDonald's employees I've ever encountered! And, because it was a gorgeous day, I ate at one of their pleasant picnic tables in the shade of some trees. It was a great place to stretch my legs while enjoying a motorcycle ride in the north country.

People who have complaints about this place are NUTS! The staff moves quicker than any McDonald's on Earth, and are polite and friendly while moving quickly. The food is always great and the place is clean and even has fresh flowers on all of the tables! I'm from NYC but I spend weekends on Lake George. I am not easy to please and have been everywhere! This Ticonderoga McDonald's is among the best anywhere!

The McDonald's in Ticondiroga N.Y. was the best meal I've had at a McDonald's in many years. The food was hot and fresh, the staff was kind and cautious!!! One of the best, they deserve a huge pat on the back!!!❤❤❤

For Fast Food McDonalds this is one of my favorite McDonalds. More for a breakfast with my Pegztr. The staff is always friendly. Usually you will see the owner Scott there. Always a smile and hello. Scott takes pride in his McDonald Restaurants and it shows. Zack, manager is also very personable. He goes the extra mile. It is always nice to frequent a place that recognizes you and greets you like a person and not just another dollar 💵 heading to the cash register. If an error in food order happens they are quick to resolve and satisfy the customer.

Always a great place to walk Into. The staff is very nice, and pleasant to talk with. They know the menu and have good knowledge of what there selling. The managers are very kind and are always willing to help with whatever they can. Kassidy, danielle, zack, Chris, char, megan, abraham, angie, Michael are all great to talk with, know there job very well. And are just great to be around. Stop in and say hi to them.

This was the cleanest McDonald's I have ever seen and I am old...saw plenty of McDonald's. Service was quick and everyone there was very polite.

I went on the 4th of July and WOW was it slammed! But the staff were very VERY professional and had orders flying out the windows! I was seriously impressed

This location always has ice cream flurries!
