Ticonderoga Animal Hospital

I can't even begin to explain my gratitude towards this place. My 10-month-old cat had been experiencing severe bouts of IBD. While our other vet clinic did not take the issue seriously, this one did- and got us right in and right to work on him. Dr.Katie is hands down one of the best. She took her time with him and was so patient. She walks us through everything, listens, is very thorough, and kind! The staff is top-notch and always welcoming- and they also call and do check-ins. I have zero complaints when it comes to Ticonderoga Animal Hospital.

Dr Katie truly is an animal whisperer. Our beloved family pet has, for the last 7 years, been petrified at the vets. In the past, he would become aggressive with the Dr. and the technicians. This did not happen at Dr. Katie’s! She handled him gently, allowed him to become comfortable with her and the environment, and then approached him. She took her time, provided a thorough exam and he remained calm throughout. We and he were never rushed. We were so relieved to find the perfect vet for our baby.

The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable.

I bring all if my fur babies to Dr. Katie. She and all all her staff are caring and compassionate. I had to have my sweet cat euthanized and everyone could not have been more compassionate. I highly recommend Ticonderoga Animak Hospital. Bringing my pets there is peace of mind in knowing they genuinely care.

We went here because it was our boxers time to be put down. Wasn't the way we would of liked to go here but she was 11 yrs old and her hips were just getting to bad, and you could see she was in pain. The staff here were great and made sure everything was good from start to finish.i highly Recommend this vet. Thank you again for everything.

My mother has been taking her pets here for years. She recently adopted a kitten from them who is bringing much joy.

I absolutely love Dr. Katie and both the girls who work the desk! Jess and jolleena.... they all are amazing there. Julie is also an amazing big part of this place as well! All so great w. My animals ! And myself.

So helpful with our cat Ally. Friendly and professional. Genuinely care about the animal and not the money.

They were efficient and friendly. I called in the morning and they said that I could get Beau (my lab) in at 11:15 am. The Doctor was great, had a great way with Beau. She prescribed a medication and Beau is doing better (24 hrs later). I was satisfied with their care and would go back if necessary.

These people are great!!! My pug was smashed by a car, I went there a wreck thinking he was done for. I was in with a vet immediately they took great care of Rocco, and when I had concerns a few days later they got me right in. They also are working with me and letting me do a payment plan, which is so helpful in that type of emergency situation.

I would highly recommend Dr. Katie and her staff. Excellent care and communication with our two little kitties.

We used to go elsewhere and with all places you hear good and bad but we decided we wanted to give this place a shot. We have only been a handful of time for routine puppy shots so far and have only seen the vet once for our initial puppy visit but she was really nice. The girls at the desk are super sweet, they get you in and out!

Best vet we have found in the area. Very helpful and empathetic crew; small practice that cares about our furry family members.

Very professional & caring..They got our dog in on "we'll work him into day's schedule". Once in, did many tests, determined problem & provided proper medicine. Excellent service!

I don't know where to begin! I recently moved here and my husband became very, very ill. In the same period of time, so did one of our cats. I googled area vets and came across this one. I called and she got me in the same day within a few hours. Katie was so kind and compassionate and didn't judge me for my delayed response to my cats care. I could instantly tell she loved what she does and bringing comfort to sick and injured animals is truly her life. I thought my cat was going to need to be put down but she ended up having diabetes and with proper care, she will be just fine. Katie even supplied me (FREE) with a large supply of needles and a sharps container that someone had donated (easily a $40 value). I love the feel of this vet office. You know, that old country feel unlike my cats prior office which used to have the same feel many, many years ago until they grew and branched out and became enormous and no longer had that compassion, caring. It became a place of deep pockets. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem! The front staff were so kind as well. If I could give the place 10 stars I would. The prices were affordable without having to take out a 2nd mortgage on your home. Thank you so much again!!!!

friendly and very courteous to their clients/patients. was just their other day with my mom to have her dog (13 years young) put to sleep and they allowed us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I highly recommend this vet office to anyone in the area.

Fantastic staff all around. Started taking my 2 labs here after 20+ years elsewhere. Worth the drive from Chestertown. Follow up calls to check on progress...over the top customer service!

Been going to Time Vet for 10 years now. Was a little concerned when it was sold and Dr Katie took over. No worries, she is wonderful with the animals, and reasonably priced. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The 45min. ride is worth the piece of mind.

You can't ask for a better Vet! Dr Kate always gives Hope (my dog) the special attention she needs. The staff is kind & professional. When I call for script refills they are always on top of getting them approved & sent out!
