Amazing South African food. I don't have anything to compare it to but the flavors were great. We tried 4 different things and loved all of them. Malva pudding was out of this world and Lamb Bunny was so delicious, I can eat it every day. We ordered it spicy but there are options for the heat level depending on your preference. There is a little store inside, so if you liked what you are you can get some of it from there. Great little neighborhood place with variety of food and we will be definitely coming back to try the breakfast items.

Excellent customer service we were welcomed and greeted in Afrikaans and made to feel at home. The entire team went out of their way to answer questions and make recommendations. We could not believe our luck. We drove from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the biltong platter and perri perri chicken livers as well as some local South African beverages. The best biltong we have tasted in years. We left with biltong, boerewors and dry wors. Thank you Dutchy’s for giving us a tiny slice of home it’s been more than 10 years since we had South African fair we are surely going to be back on our next visit to Miami from the Bahamas.

Dutchy's is the place to be, well it wasn't my first time there, but was the first me and my husband ate there and thier food was amazing and so yummy, I'm a South African and having the feeling being at Dutchy's made it felt like home🇿🇦My husband is American and he said that we South Africans are the nicest people, it's such an honor to have him to my South African vibes 💃🏽 soon he get into the real vibes in South Africa 🇿🇦

This was like a restaurant and a small grocery store in one. The atmosphere was very laid-back, the food was good. We had the Lamb bunny chow, which is served in a bread bowl and a Gatsby. The appetizer was the pork belly lollipop. Absolutely going back..

Had a great meal with friendly and helpful staff, the food top notch and very authentic taste. For any South African living in the greater Miami and Ft Lauderdale area do pop in and enjoy the food and some SA products. A must for any food loving person 🙏.

Being uninformed of South African cuisine I was so happy to stumble on to this gem of a market/ restaurant. They have a quaintl eating space within the market. The staff was sooo friendly and took their time explaining the dishes to us. They also make their own sausages on site which were AMAZING! They gained a new fan :) Will definitely be back to try more!

A while ago after a session at a nearby physical therapy office, I was hungry and picked left to go on the sidewalk. I'm very glad I did or I would not have found Dutchy's Gourmet Sausages. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly hello by the manager, Madeleine. I told her I was there for lunch and she sat me at one of their tables. Please note that these tables are rather nice especially considering Dutchy's isn't exactly huge and is half international goods store.

I was provided with a menu to peruse and asked what I wanted to drink. I inquired about their beer selection and she responded that I should try one of their South African bottled beers. I took the suggestion - I only wish I could remember its name because it was excellent. To go along with my beer, I ordered the Just Wors entree: two substantial farmer's sausages paired with a unique relish and fries.

To pass the time while my order was getting ready, she suggested I go over to store portion to look at what was there. I was fascinated by the variety of international foods - cereals, canned goods, teas, coffees, candies, cookies and other items for one's sweet tooth. Let me not forget that the actual sausages they serve are also available to purchase for home prepare.

When I returned to my table, my beer and lunch were just arriving. The farmer's sausages were amazing. Whatever spices and seasonings that went into them were delicious and went well with the meat. The ice cold, South African beer perfectly accompanied them. The fresh cut fries were better than other fries I've had at restaurants and the portion was generous. I wish I could have stayed longer for another beer but time was a bit of an issue. Dutchy's fully deserves a five-star rating.

Dutchy's is a market and restaurant in one. I ordered a Gatsby sausage roll that came with fries and it was so flavorful! I loved the jalapenos on it and the spices in the sausage made every bite mouthwatering. I was enticed by all the frozen premade food too, so I bought two savory pies and some chicken to go. Don't sleep on this place!

Great selection of South African specialties you cannot find in the regular grocery store. It is always very clean, well organized, and the staff is very friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Dutchy's Gourmet Sausages, and I was thoroughly impressed! I ordered their Droewers and Biltong, and both were exceptional. The Droewers was fresh and came perfectly sealed, maintaining just the right amount of moisture without being too wet. The flavors were rich and deeply satisfying.

As for the Biltong, it was nothing short of amazing. It struck the perfect balance between fat and lean meat, and was neither tough nor dry—just wonderfully seasoned and easy to enjoy.

Additionally, the shipping was incredibly prompt, with the package arriving via 2nd day air and in excellent condition. Having ordered similar products from several other places in the same week, I can confidently say that Dutchy's was by far my favorite. Out of the 5 different suppliers I tried, Dutchy's stood out with their superior quality and flavors. Highly recommended for any aficionados looking for top-notch quality and taste!

I’ve been a Dutchy’s fan for many years and went to my first wine tasting last night. Such a fabulous way to spend an evening, sampling delicious wine and the food was amazing. Well done Vince! The staff are all fantastic and Natasha and Izak are just the best. Highly recommend going for scrumptious lunch there or shopping the isles for some yummy South African confectionery and goodies. Oooh and the biltong bar! Sooo good. If you haven’t made it to the store or ordered online ( they ship nationally! ) then you are missing out big time.

If you are a South African feeling homesick, Dutchy's is your muti! An oasis of choice with locally mads SA favourites! A great addition is that you can sit down and grab the equivalent of a Spur burger and chips. The biltong snack platter is "moerse lekker" to be combined with a variety of SA beers and wines. Shout out to Buffelsfontein larger for a cheeky bottle to remind you of days bygone. The only thing missing is the " Ag pleese Daddy take me to the ,,,, " if you are old enough to remember that one. Stock up, take home and enjoy.

Very interesting place, South African Cuisine, Place is clean, service is fantastic a superfriendly, they make you feel you are home. Natasha and Ginett as well as the chef took good care of us. South African Boars jerkies and sausages, plus other condiments spices and south africa products.
Try the Pork Pancetta Lollipops, just delicious, definitely coming back.

So excited to be able to try out Dutchy’s. Drove in from the Tampa area for a little getaway weekend on the beach and some proper South African foods. My husband is from Joburg and hasn’t been home since 2017. He was extremely happy with the restaurant choices, the beer and wine selection, and fantastic Biltong. It was my first time trying Bunny Chow, went with hot. Yep, it was definitely HOT, but so much flavor. I cleaned my plate. 😁 Filled a cooler with groceries that should last us for a little while. Fingers crossed, haha.

I love the owners and staff, kind warm hearted people that care about their customers. But most of all they enjoy and are fantastic at meeting the needs of their clients. Amazing South African products and the meal cooked there are like home food, it just melts in your mouth.
