In a decade of eating excellent meal, I've never been disappointed more than twice. Best overall price/product ratio Only twice in ten FREAKING YEARS have I voiced complaints. In addition, it's a healthier, more balanced dinner than fast food.

Simple, laid-back eatery open to anyone. THIS IS THE PLACE TO EAT if you're ever near one of these eateries and want to be absolutely certain that you won't waste your money. Their products are consistently of the same quality and taste, which ensures that the price is justified.

I came for a pickup order online and I was not disappointed. The service was quick, the food was fresh and they knew how to fry a plantain- yellow and green. Some people don’t know how to really fry a plantain. The Haitians have the best frying technique and sometimes you go to a place and those plantains are not right. Not here, the plantains were cooked just right! My main dish was the chicken and it was also cooked well. I also really liked all the little sauces too! I had a week worth of food for a good price! Can’t beat that!

Very simple and casual restaurant for EVERYONE. If you ever around one of this restaurants and wanna be 100% sure yu won’t waste hour money then THIS IS THE PACE TO EAT. Consistency in their product quality always same taste a guarantee of satisfaction for the price.

I had a wonderful experience placing my 1/4 chicken, rice, and bean order. To be honest, the chicken wasn't half as flavorful as the Pollo Tropical, but it wasn't horrible either. Though, in retrospect, it might have deserved a 3.5.

Steak was amazing! 2 huge meals for $32 the beans and rice were perfect. This is the best "fast" good I've ever had!

This location is probably the best I’ve had. Chicken, potatoes and chimichurri are very flavorful

My food was cooked of perfection the waitress was very nice to start owner gave me a free drink it was a wonderful experience

Bruh the food is worth the wait. It's freshly made and for the price....yes. most definitely will be ditching pollo tropical now :)

The food is great but cheap

The meal I got was amazingly good even though the wings were too well done. The fries were hot but not salted at all and not crispy enough. The service was good for drive thru. The meal did not include a drink for the nearly $10.00. I was asked to pull into a spot and the order was brought out to me. There was no order board or place to order so I had to order face to face at the window, which I thought was odd. Otherwise, no complaints.

The food is very good and is prepared fresh.
The drive thru is busy, but a staff member will bring your order to the car. Also, they are friendly.💞💞 For any food order, always check to make sure it is correct. That's at any restaurant/fast food location.

I love this franchise and feel this location is the best. Every time I go here my food is good and fresh. There is never a long wait time and there are a lot of items in the menu for your selection.

Wow, this lil spot in the mall is a diamond in a rough. The food was fresh. Wow I had white rice with tasty black beans and steak. I cant tell you enough that the food was delish!!!!! The prices were reasonable, and the servings are enough for a hardy appetite. I will be back again!!!!

This is my go too place to eat well when I don't want to cook. The "lomo saltado" is probably the tastiest meal you can get anywhere I highly recommend!! If you don't absolutely love it there must be something wrong with you... Lol. Everyone there seems to be happy to serve you and the customer service is better than most places especially in this part of town😬. One drawback is the drive thru is a bit slow I recommend parking and eat there or take out. Also serving size is very generous I can usually get 2 meals out of it.. Don't usually leave reviews but they deserve it .. Try the lomo saltado promise it's amazing😊

Great food as always but the drive thru set up needs work. Only because driving thru and then have to go park to get your food doesn't work for everyone. Appreciate the effort.
