I get treated with respect and the place is clean when I go in I have no problem asking to use the restroom when needed. Generally during the day

We all make mistakes, it's life. The wrong sandwich was given to my husband. We called in and the manager was very apologetic and quickly stated to come back and they would make a fresh one. We appreciate the great customer service at 10:30 at night!

I was being offered help right away and the ppl working were awesome🙂

The food is good. I feel the curbside pickup could be a little quicker. I wait an average of 15 to 20 minutes for food. Some times they are too busy. Had 3 cars drive out of the drive thru lane tonight bc they were taking so long.

I go there almost every morning. Jamaica is the best. He is very professional, courteous, and you can tell he really cares about people and his job. There are very few people like that anymore.

This is my favorite McDonalds in town. I never have a problem. They get my order right every time and they're always friendly. Their food is always hot too. I can't get that anywhere. I never get cold, chewy fries either.

The woman working the second window tonight was just plain awesome. I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service was on point. It was 6:15 this evening. Hopefully her managers see this and give her kudos!

They are starting to use AI to take orders in DT. Still buggy. But technology is developing quick.

My grandfather ordered from here and his sandwich wasn't what he ordered. It happens, I get it. Kelly the manager was amazing. She fixed the issue and was completely professional and friendly. This is refreshing as you don't come by this much these days but she was on top of her game and does her job well. Thanks Kelly!

The early morning crew there did fantastic today! I don’t normally get breakfast here until way later but whoever did it early this morning was BANGIN’! I’ve never received a “perfect” order at any McDonald’s before but today everything was cooked right, hot, and the order was accurate even for my iced coffee. I’ve never had a sausage burrito there that’s been actually hot. Super pleased today!

Stopped here after a cheer competition at the fairgrounds. It is a very up-to-date clean nice location with a very big and new play place that my kids absolutely loved. The food was hot tasted good staff are friendly helpful and willing to fix the few errors that were in my order. Definitely gonna stop here again if I need to get a bite to eat next time I'm in town for whatever reason.

I live about two blocks from here. We often come here for chicken nuggets. They are fast and friendly. I have had missing items a couple times but they always replaced them when I called in and let them know.

I can't stand the recording at the drive-thru. hi thank you for choosing McDonald's may I take your order is there anything else I can get for you today hi thank you for choosing me McDonald's may I take your order. it just kept saying the same thing over and over again. lucky there was no Bridge around.

Fast drive threw if u order from your phone they bring it to your car loveit

The food here is really fast and it always tastes good. They did get my order wrong but after I told them that and I got free food heck their so nice I bet they would just give me some free money if I asked first it. The playground in their was extremely exciting for my 6 kids and that was nice because it was nice to have sine nuggets with my wife for the first time since her 18th birthday. As a side note the yellow and red colorway is quite enchanting.

The service is not good. They hire too many children. They need better help and management. The owners need to fire everyone and start from scratch. I know I would make it a better place to go. If hired as a manager.

Just dropped in since I was in the area and it seemed like a new store or one that has just been recently remodeled.

They were fast pretty much like every McDonald’s and what you would come to expect from the big brand chain.

Going inside, you could tell every thing looked new and clean. With the Covid-19, naturally the inside play area and all seating was closed off.

The staff was great, friendly and outgoing. They were a mix of young, older and all races. A true American mixing pot which seemed to work well together and be having fun while at work.

If you need a McDonald's fix, this is a good one to cure that urge.

Food is good, doesn't taste like old or burnt oil. Pretty good team

But was not happy there no more dollar menu. I mean really. So say screw the people with low income ? I Kno sometimes $1 sandwich is what people got to eat a day . Just very sad . I will be contacting authority.
