A Taste of Memphis BBQ

Went here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. We didn't have any problems getting seated. The waitress and staff were really nice and were quick to answer any menu questions we had. The food came out pretty quickly too. For the appetizer we got the three cheese brisket dip which was awesome! Then for the meal I ordered the BB burger with fries which was also delicious. I definitely recommend this place!

A taste of Memphis BBQ in Marion was an awesome stop for lunch! This place has the blues vibe! The food was excellent, we shared a 2-meat platter with seasoned fries. The sauces were great, hot BBQ definitely had some kick, but I liked the All Shook Up the best! Thanks for the great experience!

They have unique menu items and acquaint town atmosphere. Even though they were out of brisket it's my fault for getting here so late. The food was great.

This is going to be the new stop. Every time we travel from Michigan to Kentucky, vice versa…… The owners are literally actually from Memphis. The food was absolutely out of this world, the smoke flavor in the pulled pork, and the chicken that I got was superb. They are doing a for real legit, smoked meats, restaurant and the service was on point, hard to find nowadays. Absolutely number one recommendation worth getting off 23 for the five minute drive. Very nice. The theme of the restaurant went right along with the name. Service was excellent and very fast for our large party. I had the nachos with chicken and they were so good. Had a great time. Will recommend and revisit them, many more dishes are a must-try on the menu

We stopped in here after an appointment and what a fantastic find! The brisket platter was very tender and flavorful, but the side dishes were so delicious! I had the most delicious homemade potato salad I think that I have ever had as one of my sides. I also had the baked beans and they were very flavorful with chunks of brisket in it. Everything that my husband and I ate at this restaurant was excellent. We will definitely be back!

We stopped here while on a road trip headed south. Everything was excellent! Sierra was such a great server and she provided a great experience for our first time here. And the food was all so good! All of the sauces are amazing and we loved all of the food! The macaroni and cheese was so creamy and the meat was all so tender. The sampler platters are a great choice so you can try all of their meats! And save room for the Apple crisp! If we ever travel through here again, we would definitely return.

We were quoted a 15 minute wait but it was only about 7 minutes. The environment is super homey, theme is consistent, food price to serving is beyond what I expected, food quality is immaculate, love the feel look and theme all together. The staff was friendly and kept following up. A+ restaurant if you ask me! Definitely pleased.

Great BBQ. Loved the taco appetizer. Kids had the pulled pork salad ( which was huge) and the burger with cheddar and bacon. My cousin had pulled pork on Mac and cheese. It was good too. The Mac and cheese was creamy and had great flavor.We also tried the platter with 2 meats and a side the turkey was really good not dry and had a great smoked flavor. Our waitress was the owners daughter. She did a great job. Definitely didn't leave hungry. ENJOY ALL !!!

Went in for the special, and the grilled cheese with brisket was very good. I had the side salad, which was crisp and fresh, completing the special. I knew I'd done too much walking and wasn't going to be able to stand up long enough to cook dinner, so I ordered the 1/2 chicken meal to go. Even after reheating it in the microwave hours later, it was delicious, too. The 2 sides with that were both coleslaw. What can I say? They have good coleslaw. I'll be back!

Delicious BBQ ribs, a plethora of side dishes, a nice atmosphere with excellent service. Both the apple crisp and the banana pudding were big bits with my family. We all loved this place. Looking forward to trying many other menu items.

This place is amazing 🤩 we are from out of town and I wanted a salad… well I got a one !!! I swear it was at least 4Lbs! The ranch it came with was amazing too!
The sweet sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries is to die for and I have never had any thing like that sauce they give you with it.
It’s like a creamy brown sugar sauce or something lol idk don’t quote me on exactly what they use,
It went great with the fries though.

All of this was only $11.95! Definitely worth the price. The food was great, and I liked how many Bbq options they had.

This place is a must when in Marion Ohio. The BBQ food was amazing and great service! We will return here when we come back next year!!

No one would expect to travel instantly to Memphis in a Midwestern town. No one would expect to find such excellent BBQ in an area where few local restaurants have managed to survive. I happily met one of the owners (Robert) who daringly opened this place in the middle of the 2020 pandemic. A risky move, but with wonderful results. The interior does have a Beale Street feel. My appetizers alone were plentiful. They will FEED you well in here. My food and my friend’s food were fabulous. We ate like royalty. You wanna “Memphis in Marion” experience? Right here! I hope this restaurant succeeds well and starts a local food scene trend that Marion could well benefit from. Hats off to the owners and staff. Awesomeness of an establishment!

Been here 2 times so far, and I recommend it to anyone who loves some good barbecue.

A taste of Memphis..... I really do not know where to start ?? This little hole in the wall place  truly is a gem on the community of Marion Ohio. Customer service is definitely a 10 out of 10 smoke swissburg was a little bland for my taste particular but then again I love my spicy foods so I overlooked it they had some honey mustard barbecue sauce on table that literally saved the burger truly amazing sauce definitely recommend if you're in the area you need to come to this place you will leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face

Everything was smoked just right.i was the only one that wasn't crazy about the BBQ sauce. I like sweet baby rays. Or a real sweet sauce. Macaroni salad was great,mac and cheese great. Hamburgers were cooked correctly not dried out.pulled pork super, great fried pickles. Potato salad was ok, the Cole slaw was also good. Great service, which is hard to find anymore.

Three Cheese Brisket Appetizer is highly recommended if you have 3 or more and looking for something to share. The four Meat Sampler with Sweet Potato fries and Potato Salad was smoked to perfection and the 6 available sauces at your table provide you all varieties of flavor and sweet to heat that everyone should find a sauce to their liking. Son ordered the 12pc Smoked wings and they were tender, juicy and hot to order. Make sure to get you to go boxes because you will get a generous amount of food!

This place stands up to ANY spot a big city can offer, HANDS DOWN end of question! I think I've had everything in the menu (except pulled jackfruit) and never had a bad meal. The mac&cheese is on another level!! Their sauce choices are phenomenal! I can't say enough good things. Also, this is one of very few places that offer an exceptional value for the cost. The food is always presented with appeal. I will add the owners are fantastic. Friendly and acknowledge you each time you visit. They're adult children are equally amazing! Everybody needs Memphis!!
