Shepherd's Carpet and Flooring

These are nice and very professional people. I can't imagine them treating anyone poorly. Christine went way beyond what I needed and kept me up to date on progress. Little more pricey but worth it.

We finally went in last week and was looking to replace our bedroom floors. Christine was so knowledgeable about the wood and laminate floors, helped us decide what our best options were. So excited to get it installed and move on to the next room. Thank you For such great service. Until next time!!

We've had carpet done twice now with Shepherd's, they are great to work with! Very friendly, great selection and price, and we haven't had any problems with the carpet layers that they've contracted out with. Great experience both times!

Excellent service, job completed on time, on budget and great product and workmanship.
Fast forward to 2023, the Lvt flooring is starting to pop up and crack. Contacted Aaron to file warranty claim. Was told to wait until March 2024 for results of a court case against the installer. Today I call to get an update and instead of getting answers I sat through a tirade of cursing and insults. Never again will I take the "word" of Aaron. Business integrity is dead with Shepherd flooring.

First off, Christine was horrible to work with. She told me if I paid in cash it would save money and give me the soonest install dates, which ended up being pushed. I called to see if there were dates sooner as we needed to close on our house. In a decent amount of time to add, Christine laughed at me over the phone and said she had nothing to give and or couldn't help. I spoke with the installer ( who was fabulous) the first day he showed up and said "I had nothing scheduled, all day (the day prior that I had asked for)" ended up paying the installer to come in on his personal time to help as Shepards refused to help me period. As soon as they got the money, they treated us terribly.

Worst service! They took 4 days to finish 3 rooms, showed up late everyday, left tools and carpet on my lawn for me to clean up, scraped up my walls and baseboards. I recommend using someone else.

Did a literal bang-up job for my carpet install. Permanently damaged and dinged more than 50 spots of new baseboard in two rooms - I can see the hammer marks, the corners are irreparable, etc. A "professional install" that I get to spend Saturday cleaning up and a lifetime of trying to ignore. One star because they came on time.
