I’ve always enjoyed the customer experience at Home Depot. The Richfield location’s employees seem to go above and beyond their duty.
Today, Phil went out of his way to help me find parts for two challenging home projects.
Made me feel more a friend than a customer.

My favorite home depot of all of them well worth my drive always have everything I'm looking for. Very well organized

My husband and I just bought over one hundred boards at home Depot in Richfield. As we were loading our truck, Tanner, an employee came over and help my husband load our truck. Thank you Tanner!

So clean! Everyone was SO helpful and nice. Amazed by the friendliness and just how well kept the entire store was!!!🤙

I went in today and was looking to start a project of built in’s for my master closet. I found and choose the wood I wanted and had a diagram I slightly sketched up and took it over to the wood cutting section.

Mike came over to help me and I gave him the measurements of all of my cuts. I forgot to measure one piece and Mike was quick to do the math and help me get it cut.

Mike was very patient with me and helped me walk through all the steps. I asked Mike to recommend any screws and tools for the project and he walked me over and handed me an attachment for my drill I have never used and it made the project a lot easier.

I got everything I needed and Mike was amazing being patient and informative and quick on his math with cuts of the wood thank you Mike for all your help today.

I had a delightful experience at the Home Depot in Richfield! I needed help at the self checkout and Adri jumped right in and came to my rescue. She was kind and helpful. What a pleasant, efficient young lady!!

Colton was awesome and very helpful. I called into main customer service and they put me on hold for 12 minutes, I called back to the main store talked to somebody who said the best option was to go get the app, Lost that call. Called back in and got Colton and in 5 minutes he got the whole thing figured out. He was efficient, helpful and friendly. He should get three extra stars for the bubble gum raffle.

I needed some blinds custom cut. The lady that helped me was exactly that. Very helpful, patient, kind, courteous, polite, and cheerful! She answered every one of the questions I had. She took the time to make sure I was informed and confident to get home and get them installed with no problem. Thank you for your kindness!

I cannot believe how friendly and knowledgeable these Home Depot Associates were. I am a trucker, delivered paint today and last night came in to get some supplies I needed wow talk about everyone knowing exactly where to find things. I got what I needed and I was very impressed with the stores cleanliness and organization. Hope to come here again.

We are very impressed and appreciative of the awesome workers at the Richfield, Utah Home Depot. They are good listeners and knowledgeable or find someone in a specific department who is. Shelly is an amazing manager!

It's a home Depot, so you know what you're going to find there. The employees at the Richfield store have always been friendly, easy-going and helpful, moreso than I've found at other stores. It appears well-managed: clean, well-stocked etc. It's a big-box store, but it offers favorable hours, particularly if you're the sort of person who gives themselves in need of parts on a Sunday.

Great store. The layout is different than other Home Depots but if you know your way around a Home Depot, you're good. Everything was clean and well kept so finding what you need is easy. Staff is always on hand to help as well

Ive been going here for awhile I was never to excited about this location staff not so helpful and didn't know where stuff was but recently I came in to get some paint and all I saw were young ladys just standing around on there phones I guess there only paint workers but after 20 minutes of Standing around I was finally noticed and when I had questions they didn't know very much about anything I dont get why they are in that department if they dont know anything but I was told to please wait and this this young man named Jimmy comes over who is a new employee and right off the bat was smiling and asked me if he could answer any questions and omg he was so helpful he was experienced in the whole paint area i was so surprised he helped me get the right paint the right materials we talked about colors and what would go well together every question I asked he had a answer and was so helpful i asked why he wasn't a paint associate he said he was at a different location i told him he needs to be in this paint area he smiled and asked if I needed anything else and he mixed my paint and he was so quick about it I didn't half to wait forever it was done in five minutes like he told me and I bought alot to this employee is amazing please home depot in ritchfield put him in the paint department he is knowledgeable and is great with customers this young man deserves this five star I gave thank you Jimmy so much for all your help you will be the one I come to see when I need more paint and supplies

The Home Depot is like any other Home Depot, they seem to have about anything that you need in items are used to fix up your home with. The staff is usually well versed on the items that you need. If they don't then they will get someone that can help you. They are well-stocked and if they don't happen to have it they can usually get it for you in just a few days. The prices are reasonable, and the store is usually clean. I would recommend the Home Depot to anybody that is working on their home.

I had to replumb my kitchen sink and had never done this before. They not only had a kit with exactly all the parts I needed one of their employees helped me with advise on how to do the job as well. Every time I've gone to Home Depot the employees have been very friendly and helpful. I'll continue to shop here for all my home improvement needs!

Had what I needed and what you expect from the Home Depot the thing that really makes this one stand out is their employees. They are always friendly and willing to help.

Showed up at right after closing time in a rush to finish a project. The doors had been locked but an associate ran to the door to try and help us. He found the products we needed. He went above and beyond to take care of us Brandon if you are reading this you deserve employee of the dang year. Thank you so so much.

I went to the garden center to find plants to grow. They have great plants but most are in large pots. I needed plants in either a six pack or four pack to transplant in a large outside pot. That is my on complaint. The people helping the customers we awesome.
