Always heard good things about Gary’s Boots, but had never been until now. They helped me my foot and took the time to ensure I was getting the hunting boot I needed for me. Great service and I had an idea of price, but they were lower than advertised prices elsewhere. Definitely will return.

I had Gary’s boot and shoes repair a Crispi boots that I have that I’ve walked off the soles on them. Gary’s were up front with the price and the turnaround with them from when I shipped the boots to them to when they shipped them back. Well I just got them back from Gary’s and all I can say is WOW there just like brand new again. They did an amazing job and craftsmen ship on what they do. I wear my boots 5 - 6 days a week all year long, from work on the highways being in and of trucks and equipment all day to being in the mountains of eastern Oregon. Thanks to them I’m ready for a lot more miles on my feet again. Thank you again

I mailed my boots to Gary’s for a resole since I live out of state. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Turn around time was fast and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The seams around your heel had split and they got those sewn back up perfectly.
If you have crispis in need of a resole don’t hesitate sending them to Gary’s.

I have sent in two pairs of boots and have another pair to send in for resole. Highly recommended, great craftsmanship and they returned quicker than anticipated both times. The first picture is after sole replacement (I oiled them upon return.)

Amazing customer service. My coworker and I came here for fire boots and we were properly fitted and given lots of help and advice on boots. They have good deals on socks, laces, and insoles too. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality outdoor footwear!

I just went there as recommended by a friend. I have neuropathy and can't find a comfortable shoe. Gary hooked me right up. I walked out of there with 2 pairs of shoes. I got a pair of Brooks Ghost shoes. They are so comfortable. Gary is a great guy and very knowledgeable. We will be back. Thank you Gary 😊.

I purchased a couple of pairs of boots and some over the calf socks while working in this area years ago. The service was as good as it gets, and they had a fantastic selection available.
I'm planning a trip to get some more of the socks as soon as possible.
I highly recommend this store, 1st rate and you will be satisfied, I guarantee it!

Sent them a pair of crispi nevadas to get resoled. They were returned sooner then expected and they look amazing. Plus they were done at what I thought was a super reasonable price as well. I am impressed to say the least and they will continue to get my business.

Always heard this was a great stop so I finally went in to see for myself. The owner was very friendly, but not too pushy like in some stores. Gave me some great advice on caring for leather shoes, and I found a great deal for things I couldn't find elsewhere. Buying online is convenient, but this is informative.

Great service!! We just went in for the first time and we had the best experience here. Staff was very knowledgeable about the problems our daughter was facing with shoes. They were able to help her but didn't sell us an overpriced pair of shoes (in fact he only brought out shoes that were on sale) knowing she'd be growing fast. I'd recommend them to anyone, we'll be going back!

I had a Crispi boot that was in need of a small repair. Crispi recommended that I call Scott at Gary's Shoes. I called and spoke with Scott who is excellent to work with. He very clearly told me the best process for shipping and fixing my boot. It took longer and cost more to ship my boot than it did for the repair to be done.

I would recommend to anyone to call Scott at Gary's boots and trust them to service your boot(s).

Went to Gary shoes the other day buy shoes for my wife and myself the reason I go there it's only place that I can find seven and a half Triple E that's what I wear however at this time they didn't have any in stock but they were going to get me some and they said they would have them in a few days and then they would ship them to me since I live out of town have not seen them yet but any day I expect a call from them. It was a great time to go in because they were having a sale 50% off my wife got two pairs of shoes for the price of one and I got a pair of coming for 50% off

I have a pair of Zamberlain boots that I love and the soles were wore out on. I saw on Zamberlain's website that Gary's Shoes was one of the few businesses who resole these types of boots, so I emailed them and within a few hours they had responded. I ended up sending them my boots and they had them done in a few days and shipped them back to me and the boots look and feel brand new! (Except they are already broke in!) The price was right and the service was awesome. Very happy with my experience.

I sent my boots into them to have the soles replaced. All of the staff i talked to over the phone were extremely friendly and helpful! I was really happy with the workmanship and the price! They even waxed them for me!

Came here all the way from Santa Monica to have my Zamberlan and Lowa boots repaired.
Why ?
Because Scott the cobbler is one of the two factory authorized and guaranteed repair man and HE IS GOOD !
Not only good but honest !
In the future I will order and buy all my hiking and mountaineering boots from him and have them shipped to Santa Monica CA because honesty and quality is the most important to me.

Local shoe store with many brands of men (inc Keens & Merrill, that I was intetested in) & women's shoes. They also have a shoe repair department and sell shoe accessories, ie laces, polishes, etc. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful.
