AT&T Store

Trae helped me finding the right phone for me! I’ve always been a Samsung galaxy guy but this time I went to an apple iphone. I had no clue how to use it but Trae’s there all the way from switching my phone number too showing me how to use the iPhone. Thank so much!

Great customer service on the phone and in person. Adam (Arkadelphia, AR location) was extremely helpful. Nice selection of Android cases.

Of any store we’ve ever been to, Arkadelphia AT&T has been the best with customer service and the atmosphere is amazing! Very friendly employees with the Manager being top notch! Mr. Patton is as good as it gets! Great store.

Shields was excellent. I went in due to an abundance amount of adds popping up. Shields greeted me at the door and helped me delete all the apps that were making the adds pop up. Wonderful manager! Will be returning if in need of future help!!

Ask for Courtney!!! Needed to change phones and make a change to my phone plan. I called the store and spoke with Courtney. He let me know what I needed to do before coming in to make changes to my plan and gave his personal number to call back in case I had any trouble. Once I got to the store Courtney quickly got my new phone and plan set up. By far the best and easiest experience I’ve had with AT&T.

Their manager Shields is always upbeat and ready to assist customers and employees alike in reaching a reasonable resolution, and answer any questions. Thanks for being awesome and giving great support. I will always come here for att issues

Trae went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. The best customer service I have had from an AT&T. If you’re in the area and need assistance, Trae will make sure you’re taken care of!

These guys where on point! They were very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful! They were also concerned for others who were not customers that were being treated unfairly by their own companies! I got in and out very quickly with all problems solved!

They were very nice and very helpful when my Mother and I came in. They answered our questions and helped us tremendously!!! Very nice group of men!!!

When you go here ask for Courtney Berry. This man hooked me up with a brand new galaxy note20 5G for FREE!!! Now granted it was a special they were running but had he not been worried with customer satisfaction he would have never brought it up and just taken the commission off whatever I bought. But he took the time to tell me about this deal and then also told about another deal where you buy 3 accessories get the 3rd free. Now everybody they gotta have a phone case and a screen protector so that was an easy sale. Thanks Courtney you made my day.

My phone was broke therefore pic nor contacts could be transferred. I was told I had to go to a lap top and down load the phone sim card to get my info off. SORRY BUT I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY YESTERDAY ON NEW PHONE THIS WAS NOT. ACCEPTABLE!! Now why couldn't this have been done in the store for the above and beyond customer service? CAN AT&T NOT AFFORD A LAP TOP? So I will try and go to the Apple store and do this on my on. The closest Apple store is 3hrs round trip. The AT&T store is less than 10min from me.

The AT&T store in Arkadelphia is my favorite! The manager was very nice and helpful. I will recommend this store to my family and friends.

Great customer service and knowledge of their products!!! JR Fitzgerald helped me out alot when it was time for me to select a new phone when I upgraded. Very tech savvy guy and great worker!!
