Amazing customer service and great selection!

Despite having social media, I arrived to find a sign on the door stating the store wouldn’t open until 2 1/2 hours after posted opening. I get life happens, but a simple Facebook post would have let customers before a 45 mile drive. I was coming to shop scrub pants after the store was at the hospital I work at for a scrub sale and “forgot” all the plus size totes. I will take my unwanted business to another retail store.

Make sure that you call before you go! (Not that they have answered calls) hours are posted online, since they are only open from 10-5 I had to take time off work to go get scrubs for work. I drive 30 mins there and there is a sign that they are closed today for a mobile sale. There was nothing online about it on Facebook or instagram. Working in the field that we do 10-5 are not the greatest hours for us anyways but then to not be open or make it known online that they are closed, in my opinion is not the best business practice. I added the hours that were posted on their door in case anyone else is wanting to go this week, since they don’t/won’t. I think I’ll just go up to the city since they don’t care enough to inform their customers of when they are really open.

I’ve been here a couple of times and had no issues but I went in today and the employees that were there asked me what I was looking for and once I responded they just said we don’t have any of that and just walked off and left me standing there and gave they’re full attention to the other customers that were walking in. They didn’t even bother to ask I they could help me find anything else they made me feel so disrespected. So I just walked out. They are rude I will not be returning I will let all my coworkers now not to shop there.
