The UPS Store

I had a package that said was delivered, but didn’t have proof of delivery. I called the customer service which led to someone at this store calling me. Said they would get in contact with the driver and arrange for the package to be delivered to the correct spot. Within 30 minutes the driver showed up and delivered the package. I understand packages can be mid-delivered or sometimes missed. Especially during the busy season, but I really appreciated the urgent response to get the package delivered correctly.

I walked in & was kindly greeted. The associate was super friendly & professional. Got me in & out in less than 3 minutes. I had a great experience today. Thank you!

I was greeted right away. Services were clear and explained. The store was clean and organized. My service time was less than 10 minutes.

So far so good. Fast service, friendly. I showed up before 4pm one day and they were closed, other customers walked up thinking they were open too. Hopefully that isn't common because that would make me consider using a further location instead.

Great location! The ladies at this location are wonderful! They are always polite, and friendly. They have helped me locate packages, as well as provided me with useful information about the services offered at their store. I use this location often for access point pickup, and I have always had a good experience.

Just worked with Tatiana and she was so helpful. I had a number of amazon returns and didn't have a box. She offered me a box that was about to be trashed and was so pleasant about it. She's definitely knowledgeable, fast and has a great attitude. Thanks!

Not sure why so many negative reviews post-Covid. I come here 2-3 times a year and The staff is doing their best to assist everyone. Be nice to the staff please.

Not sure what the negative reviews are for or why these individuals who posted the reviews at the time are lackluster bitter. I purchase and print my own prepaid labels from home on my ups online account. Then affix & tape the labels onto the box, drive over to this ups store branch at Brooklyn Blvd, drop it off & get a receipt for my records. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. Haven't had any negative experience over the 8 years I been coming here for my shipping needs. People need to relax and chill 😐.
