Very cool ambience of a renovation of an old gas station/car shop on the corner across from city Park. It’s retro with a modern twist. There’s a sense of community with the indoor and outdoor seating. I went this week for cocktails with friends after work, and then met my family for brunch on Sunday, and both experiences were excellent. The menu is thoughtful, inclusive, local, and international all at the same time without being pretentious. Everything is from scratch, tasted delicious, and the service was top-notch. Make sure to call ahead for reservations because there’s a reason why there’s a wait! It’s well worth it!

In a city full of boring fast food chains this place is a gem!! Our food and desserts were beyond delicious! On top of that the ambience and customer service put it over the top! One of our favorite places in Manhattan hands down!! We got the ham and cheese on sourdough (would absolutely order again), cheeseburger with fries (fries are never frozen), Italian on focaccia (highly recommend), cinnamon roll (the best we’ve ever had), strawberry cheesecake (to die for), brownie, and sweet hand pie (all of us gave it a thumbs up.)

Love this place! Finally someone did away with the eye-sore that it was and put something original in its place! Delicious pastries, delicious food, and wonderful service. The tostadas were so filling and made so fresh. The pastries were also so fresh and extremely well made!

Tucked away in a cozy city spot, this eatery is all about cool, comfy vibes with a modern twist. They've nailed the decor, mixing the latest trends with old-school charm (repurposed school chairs), creating a spot you just wanna chill in. Their Coffee Rubbed Brisket Sandwich - a flavor bomb that's both unique and delicious. Plus, their coffee and pastries are top-notch, making it perfect for both quick caffeine fixes and long chats with pals. It's a standout spot for awesome eats and brews, inviting you back time and again for its creative menu and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit for foodies and coffee lovers alike!

Delicious well priced coffee and very yummy and professional pastries. We rode our bikes and sat outside, great experience. We will have to go back for brunch sometime! The staff was also very friendly.

Fantastic! A great place and great staff in a funky cool mid-century-modern setting! Bravo. A word about the food, excellent. Everyone in our party loved the food, the coffee and the Bloody Marys. We ordered Johnny Cake Sandwiches and the Veggie Benedict.

The ambience, food and music were awesome! I cannot wait until it warms up so that I can sit outside. They serve alcohol too!

Great addition to manhattan. An easy walk from my house. We need more places like this! It’s super unique being in an old service station

Solid experience, good food, coffee, and pastries. We will be frequenting here, especially with warmer temps on the horizon. Great location next to city park for mornings with the kids.

The interchange between cafe, lunch, dinner, and brunch (only weekends) menus was a bit confusing when first walking in. We think it's great having multiple small menus for different parts of the day / week. Clearer instruction on what's what would be helpful upon entering though. Maybe a sign at the hostess stand, or posted outside.

The coffee was very smooth and paired well with the mango turnover. We really enjoyed our breakfast while looking over at the park. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, helping us decide what syrup to use in our coffee and encouraging us to choose a pastry.

My wife and I went to grab a few pastries this morning and it was amazing, I don’t think I have had a turnover that good in my entire life. The English muffin and jalapeño cheese bagel were so soft and well made it was spectacular. I would HIGHLY recommend people to come here for their baked goods, I will definitely be coming back in the future. It was also reasonably priced for what we got.

Been here 3 times now- for take out, lunch, and now brunch. Tasty food each time, lovely renovated space, and clearly working hard to ramp up service for a fast growing business. Would recommend!

Wow! They really went all out with redoing this old gas station into a beautiful restaurant. We went for brunch. The food was superb. Everything was perfect and the process were reasonable for a surprisingly upscale setting. $7-$16 range on the menu. Very impressed and we will be back!!

This place is so cute! It is a restored gas station with a fresh modern spin. Awesome food that isn't typical midwest fare, amazing cocktails, perfect pastries that aren't too sweet, and friendly staff. I have gone many times since they opened, and will continue to go back.

I've read a few of the negative reviews on here and it bothers me that people say "I like to support local, but..." or "we need more places like this here in Manhattan, but..." If you honestly like to support local, you wouldn't give a small buisness one chance at doing its best specifically for you. Running a business is hard, especially a restaurant. Staff can be new, first day even, cost of food is higher than ever, and maintaining a perfect balance 100% of the time is not easy for anyone.

My point is, be kind. Don't judge a place off of one not so great experience. If you really care, keep your one star reviews to yourself. Bring your concerns up with someone that can do something about it.

Because to big chain places one star reviews don't matter, but to a new small business, it can mean everything.

Support Local and Be Kind. Cheers.

Absolutely LOVED this place! My girlfriend and I were really excited to see gluten free options, as she has celiac and it can be hard to find restaurants that offer a good option for her. Food was delicious, service was amazing and we will most definitely be back! Love what you all have done with the place!

Amazing place to eat! This will be our new brunch tradition for sure!

We had their breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls and they were both OUTSTANDING. 10/10 recommend. Friendly staff, quick service, great atmosphere.

Wonderful staff, fun ambience, good music, and delicious food! I love how they have retrofitted this place into a diner. The building has been here for a while, but they have made it look brand spanking new.

I had the Salmon, and I was blown away. Perfectly cooked, the quinoa and the sauce were amazing. I had the 785 cocktail and it was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Parkside Station continues the momentum built by Little Batch Bakery. One could expect great brunch, delicious desserts and cakes, and most importantly, awesome customer service. This place is one of my favorites if not my favorite local business in town.
