He explained everything in great detail and showed so much patience with us having multiple lines to switch over and so many questions. This is the go-to guy! Renita by far provided me today with the best customer sales service I have ever experienced, not only at T Mobile but at all! The second I walked in she welcomed me with a smile and from there she was SOO helpful. She described to me in detail all about my current plan and all about my alternative options. Even after I left, I called with an additional question and she immediately helped me figure it out and my problem was solved instantly. During my time there, she ensured that she was helping me out and giving me the best customer service while also checking in other customers to ensure they would be receiving the same customer service I was. Renita definitely deserves a raise!!

We had a great experience with Kyle at the 91st & Metcalf location. He was helpful, efficient, and helped us get a great deal. We came in with 2 phones on Verizon and AT&T, and left less than an hour later with a new T Mobile plan that will save us more than $100/month. Thank you Kyle for making switching to T Mobile such an easy process!

Darius was phenomenal he gave me all our options and I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell us on products. I was so happy with his service and happy to be rid of the other carrier! I saved 90/month for the same services and get 5G instead of 4. Win/win

I was a Sprint customer and really miss Sprint T-Mobile is over priced and has poor service except for Kyle at 91 and Metcalf I had a complicated situation (that started by a T-Mobile 611 associate changing my plan without my consent) as well as a setting issue two locations of multiple associates couldn’t figure out the settings issue but Kyle did in minutes. The account issue I had seen four stores all just said the couldn’t help and wouldn’t even look into it and three 611 associates (not including the one that messed up the account in the first place) each 611 call lasted over an hour. And the problem had gone over a week I was ready to leave T-Mobile which was frustrating because they are the only company that has my daughters Sync up watch which we LOVE Kyle heard our problem and dove straight in calling 611 himself and working with them to help us and even disconnecting with one 611 associate and connecting to a different one when that one wasn’t effective. If you have a problem Kyle at 91&Metcalf is your guy my only concern would be why this guy isn’t a manager!!!

Kyle is the freaking MVP of this store!!! Long story short, I had trouble with AT&T blocking my phone number transfer. It took three entire days, several hours in the store as well as on the phone with support from both T-Mobile and AT&T. Kyle spent several hours on the phone with both companies as well and today he finally was able to get AT&T to get their stuff together and he got my phone number transferred. I’ve had this number for 10 years now and I’m so glad I get to keep it. Kyle is amazing!

I went to the T-mobile Store on West 91st Street to get assistance with my T-mobile Samsung Galaxy phone. I had the exceptional service, the best experience I ever have had! The T-mobile Expert Scott was highly professional and amazing helping with my phone, transferring data, solving my phone pain points. He had a lot of patience to answer all of my questions. I was really impressed by this great professional service! I highly recommend this T-Mobile Store and this T-Mobile Expert Scott to anyone who wants to get the best customer service! Irene

Nicole (I think she’s the store manager) helped me get a new phone because my old one crapped out on me super suddenly yesterday. Helped deal with my mom’s back and forth and was super patient. She also helped lower our bill by terminating an unnecessary recurring charge. New phone, nice lady, lower phone bill = 10/10. Thanks Nicole!!!

Nicole, Scott, Renita, and Amber were amazing to work with tonight. We had multiple transactions that we needed help with. Great knowledge of not only the products but the services as well. All four employer‘s got along very well and helped each other out and seemed to enjoy working together. This made our time in a store enjoyable.

Kyle he a great g*dsend! He was able to fix my Sprint LG V60 phone by replacing the sim card. I was talking to support to get a refund for rest of my contract and I was ready to leave Spring/T-Mobile. Kyle's non-commission solidified my T-Mobile loyalty.

2/6/2023: I would also like to give a shout out to Scott for helping me out without pressuring me. He kept to the facts, but understood the trouble of having a phone that works and is paid off.

I was not getting emails, and RENITA at this store was extremely helpful today! She knew exactly what the problem was and quickly solved it. She is a true professional, intelligent and kind.

Mauricio patiently helped me un-pair and re-pair our daughter’s Apple device. When he couldn’t resolve on his own he called customer care on my behalf. Mauricio was kind, calm, patient and worked with a smile. I would recommend him to anyone, he was diligent and thorough! Thank you, Mauricio.

Had a GREAT experience with Darius. My sister and I both went in to purchase new phones and switch from our old cellular provider. T-Mobile was amazing. Every employee was there to help, you walked through the door and were immediately greeted. When it started to get busy, the associates took the customer's name and gave them an estimate on their wait. Very professional and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with T-mobile.

Kyle was AMAZING! He fixed my broken phone in seconds! And? He’s a tall drink of water with a twinkling smile and should be on the bachelor, phone store worker edition, instead of working at the phone store!! But I’m glad he does because I’m back in business with a working phone!!!!

Dorius explained the plans in detail to me, helping find the optimal plan for me. He was so nice and patient with me, helping me deal with the troubles with changing carrier.

I was so impressed because I had just met with one rude representative in another T-Mobile store.

My experience with this store was exceptional. Isaiah was friendly and took his time answering all of our questions, which were many! You might say we did not grow up in the tech world. 🥴 He walked us through picking a plan and purchasing a new phone, while taking the stress out of this experience. He even gave us a number that we could text him with, if we had a problem. I did end texting him and he replied quickly. My issue needed to be addressed by Nicole, the store manager. She treated me with the same excellent service at a very busy time of day! What can I say, Isaiah and Nicole….you are the best and I will be recommending you to my friends and family. Receive my virtual hug from a happy customer in a very stressful time in our world.

Went into day to get a new phone. Great deal on the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. Free with eligible trade in. Scott helped me with all the details and setting up my new phone. Very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable on how to set up and use the phone. Glad I went to this store. Good staff and happy with the phone.
