AT&T Store

Ariel literally fixed our issue in less than 15 minutes. She was so sweet and had us in and out. I’ve always had great customer service with AT&T and today was no exception. So thankful ♥

Great customer service! Clean, neat store. Joel was very helpful! He helped me select a new phone and also helped me find a new business plan to lower our bill. He answered my many questions and was friendly.

This AT&T store at 3564 W PINHOOK, Lafayette LA it’s amazing. I recommend this location to any of my friends. I pass two other locations that are close to my residence to come here. They are always willing to help and very knowledgeable. Ari is amazing as are the other associates.

Karina Manager at the Pinnhook location blew me away with her kindness and level of exceptional professionalism, she represents Att as best as anyone else could possibly do so.

Store was busy but the service from talking with Joel on the phone til leaving after setting up service was amazing. As someone who has managed in sales , he was definitely amazing 10/10 , including everyone working that day in the store very friendly, polite and positive. Thank you for your great service!!

Wow! I had a great experience at this store. There was no wait, which is amazing by itself. I was assisted by Kearra and she was phenomenal! She was able to get my situation fixed quickly and while making great conversation and ensuring my needs were met as a business customer. She also took the time to let me know about some great promotions that could benefit me as I grow my business, which I appreciated.

As a former AT&T employee and a wireless industry veteran, I am quite aware of what "right" should look like in an in-store interaction, and Kearra checked every single box. Management should praise her and make sure she knows she's doing a great job!

I have auto pay. AT&T did not deduct my payment and my phone was disconnected. At the store they checked my account t verifying I did have auto pay. I had to resign up and pay an extra 11.00 in addition to my monthly bill to get resigned up. I have had auto pay for years. No reason fo it to have not been used to pay my bill. The lady that helped me at the store was awesome. She tried contacting the main office but was unable to connect with anyone.

Ari was amazing! I will go to her from now on! I also told my friends and family about my experience w her! Love my new phone!

Michael helped me make sure everything went smooth. The staff here was very friendly!

Joel is an awesome guy. He will work his hardest to figure out whatever problem you’re faced with and solve it. If you ever have to go to he AT&T store ask for Joel you won’t be sorry you did.

Tameka was extremely helpful. This was the third AT&T store that I had to visit to get my phone issue resolved. She was patient, respectful, and a problem solver. Exceptional service! I would highly recommend to visit this branch and ask for Tameka.

Workers was very helpful enjoyed the conversations there was no negativity or bad attitudes and she helped me get what I wanted without an issue and helped me with other problems

I had the pleasure of visiting this store. The lady who assisted me was kaylnn. She was wonderful and beyond friendly. She explained everything to me about my upcoming bill and was able to sign us up for fiber. I felt confident she knew what she was talking about. Thanks again. Please see her for all your needs! Great customer service. I didn’t really know what I was doing as I have never gotten a plan before but all the workers helped me tremendously. Would definitely recommend.

Kelly greatly impressed me. I had a complicated matter and she handled this with "over the top" service. Her intelligence, knowledge friendliness greatly impressed me. I write for public and her manager to take notice of her talents. She has management capability!

Highly recommend going to this store for any mobile phone needs. The other “authorized retailers” aren’t true AT&T employees but at this store they are. They are also super helpful and knowledgeable. I recently went in expecting to be in store for an hour and was out within 10 minutes and spending less money than I expected thanks to Yolanda. Go see her ASAP

Sales Rep Kellie Jones on the Pinhook location in Broussard Louisiana is soooo amazing. She is the most friendliest, organized, happiest worker I’ve came across in any AT&T store. She took her time and explained every product to me that was purchased very well. I went in to get a pair of AirPods and with her great customer service skills, I left out with a watch as well!! Also I went back to add home tech with Kellie. Kellie you are a wonderful Sales Representative. My advice is to push further in your career, YOU ROCK!!!!!! ~The Francis
