AT&T Store

I just had the pleasure of working with manager, Trent Belair. Trent delivered an outstanding customer experience for me and my wife. We had an issue setting up my new phone and not only was Trent courteous and knowledgeable, he gave us great advice on how to get the best out of our customer experience with AT&T. If you miss receiving outstanding customer service and you have any issues with your cellular service or phone, I highly recommend you go to the AT&T store in Broussard and work with Trent and his team.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Trent is a wonderful manager, and his crew is outstanding! They are all very helpful with good energy! It's hard to find a phone company location with people that actually want to help you, but Trent and his team truly do care about their customers!

After calling around all morning looking for a specific device, the Broussard store happened to have one - my lucky day! I had a wonderful experience! The vibe in the store was great - the music was awesome and I observed kindness and professionalism from all of the employees on the floor. There was a little bit of a wait, but it wasn't too bad - and the three people working in the store were able to get the line cleared pretty quickly, while still taking the time to deliver a great customer experience to each customer. Having recently left the wireless industry after 12 years, I am able to pick up on what a good interaction should look and sound like and this crew checked all the boxes! I worked with Matt and Josh today, and both provided excellent service. There was no fuss, no BS, just a very straightforward transaction - which I appreciated tremendously. Five stars all around!

I have never experienced such professionalism from any phone provider in my entire life. Reginald (Reggie) went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would hire him in a heartbeat!!!

The team was so helpful and wonderful but also polite to make sure they accomplished what I had needed done, they also was very quick.

The store rep, Armani, waited on us right away. She was very knowledgeable about the products and what my husband and I needed. We ended up getting two phones, two watches, two cases, two screen protectors and two round phone chargers! Armani was friendly and answered all of our questions.

This was by far the best visit I’ve had at an AT&T store. Mitchell and Stephanie are a dream to work with. They ensured that we were comfortable, offered us the best deals available and took care of our needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend visiting the Broussard location!

Very helpful. Also patient. When I was in there they were dealing with an irate gentleman claiming he makes $1000 a day but refusing to pay $100 to get a phone fixed. It was handled beautifully. I got exactly what I needed and was able to finally get rid of Verizon

I made a mistake by deciding to switch from AT&T to Pure Talk. After the switch was made, I had all kinds of problems. I went into the AT&T store in Broussard to switch back to AT&T and learned that Pure Talk was now the owner of my phone number that I had owned for the last 25 years. AT&T's employee at that store, Trey, explained that both my wife and I might loose our long standing telephone numbers. I was devastated as I use that number for my business as well as family members going back 25 years. Trey then became singularly focused on helping me with my problem. He stayed with me for at least an hour, perhaps an hour and a half, talking with several people with AT&T. Trey even contacted Pure Talk and convinced them to give me my phone numbers back. I walked out of that store with both of my phones connected and both with the telephone numbers that were so valuable to me. I only make these remarks because Trey is a remarkable young man. He is knowledgeable, kind, tenacious, selfless and presentable. He is surely an asset to the AT&T Broussard store and I believe deserving of a raise.

For the past 3 weeks I have had nothing but problems with my phone not updating causing other issues. I've been on the phone with tech support repeatedly for HOURS. I completely gave up and was going to upgrade and be done with it. I walked into the store and Ms. Diane in less than 5 mins forced the update! Now my phone is working perfectly again!!!! Thank you so much! You are truly amazing at your job!!!!

I’m not someone who ever leaves reviews but this store was worth taking the time to review. After calling and visiting multiple stores, Chase got everything fixed up in 10 minutes. Thank you!! You definitely saved a customer for At&T.

I've been doing business with these folks for over 5 years now because I get in and out with very little wait time! These folks are super friendly and very knowledgeable!
I've tried to do business in New Iberia, but there is ALWAYS a very long wait time to even get to have your questions answered or a quick sale. Broussard AT&T will always have my business!!
