I had to order a replacement phone. I arrived at the store to exchange and was greeted by Trina. She was very polite, professional and thorough to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Because of her fine customer service, we purchased two watches and left satisfied.

Really a step above other phone stores! Simple pricing, awesome, helpful staff.

T-Mobile is having a sidewalk event today June 24 2023. Jesse and Taylor helped me out with a YouTube issue.

After receiving some of the worst customer service ever at the competitor's store next door I was greeted here with smiles and helpful service. Jared was a rock star in getting me set up with a new phone, a great service plan, and all the extras I was looking for. He spent a great deal of time explaining things, making sure I had what I needed but did not over sell or push. It was a great experience. I love my new phone and so far T-Mobile seems like the perfect fit. Thanks Jared for excellent customer service!

Phone setup was fast and took less than 15 minutes to walk out with a new phone. Employees were very nice and informative👍

The staff at our local store are amazing however my service plan is almost 200 a month with the best data plan they have and was given a 15 dollar one time discount after my 7th call to support, So for my phone to rarely ever get data unless I'm connected to wifi is unacceptable, I've spent hours on the phone with techs and customer support in the last 1 and a half I've had my account to be told sorry Noone available to help u to oh restart your phone to sorry there's nothing we can do about it. With that said I'm in the process of comparing other phone companies and will be taking my business somewhere else

This place is never open anymore. And when it is they can’t help you or do anything. They never have a manager in store anymore. The old manager would help solve our issues and even gave us a credit for our poor experience when the towers went down 3 months ago he was great. Now we’re told “nothing we dan do sorry” the employees look worn out and beaten down. It was like visiting a crypt…. I sincerely hope it gets turned around but as for me I’m switching providers constant tower issues with no help and no resolution for months and now we’re not even compensated for paying on a network that’s non existent

My wife and I went to this store in order to switch from Verizon. The sales associate we worked with was great. However, Andrew (who I think is the store manager) almost made us leave the store, and not make the switch to T-Mobile. He constantly inserted himself into our conversation, told me that my data plan choice was a terrible idea, and continually tried to upsell me, even after I asked him to stop. On top of that, he would constantly correct the sales associate (who was doing a great job), and belittle him in front of us. We will not be going back to this store. With how Andrew acted during our small time at the store, I wouldn't be surprised if T-Mobile has lost many customers due to his conduct.

The cell service is terrible. We only used them for a month and we switched. Our phones didn’t work anywhere. And they were supposed to pay off our phones from our old carrier but didn’t. I don’t recommend them.
