Colette Cafe has a simple pastry menu with unique coffee flavor options!

Atmosphere: Nestled in a small courtyard outside of the Haus of Hue, the coffee stand is surrounded by a beautiful seating area where the chairs have blue seat cushions and the tables have large umbrellas over them! It truly gives you the feeling of sitting at a French cafe!
Service: The worker was so polite, friendly, and talkative! She was helpful with describing the flavors and gave us a presentation of some latte art in their cute pink cups!
Menu items: I got their Specialty Organic Turmeric Latte! This was my first time having turmeric as a coffee flavor, and it truly did not disappoint! You get an energy + digestive boost all in one!

They also serve standard coffee with different flavor options, have a simple specialty drink and bakery menu, and provide add ins such as their Pink House Alchemy Syrup!🩷

One of my new favorite coffee spots! I love that it’s hidden but in a good location especially if you want to avoid downtown! They have the nicest baristas & make crafted beverages.

They have curated social media posts with pretty drinks served in mugs. When I asked for my drink in a mug they told me they didn’t know where the mugs are. When they continued to post drinks in mugs on social media I politely inquired if mugs would be available when ordering or if it’s only for marketing purposes. I was told they originally didn’t have a kitchen license to serve in mugs, but now they do. Then they deleted my question. The entire thing struck me as snobby and dishonest. Bad business practices.

Edit: Cafe Collette contacted me almost immediately after I posted this review and accused me of trolling them and told me I was snobby to post this review. I have no connection to this business whatsoever and consider this harassment on their part.
