Excellent McDonald's store Location 16th St mall . Downtown Denver Colorado. Many scenic areas and parks within reach . Enjoy a picnic solo or with a loved one. Either way definitely a stomach pleaser. Great menu selection's. Wonderful staff . Conveniently located near the wonderful fabulous Mall. Great place for friends and family to hangout . Get away from the hustle and bustle.

Im giving this McDonald's 5 stars not because of the food but because I have a small charity that gives out food to the poor.
Sometimes i can buy 20 to 40 sandwiches at a time.
They always get my order done quickly. Also because of location some of the customers can be "challenging" They keep the store clean and disruptions to a mimimum.

Really sucks whenever the crowd believes you actually left but instead was in the restroom and very loudly crowd process to talk about loyalty, and what they seen you doing the knight before! "He's not as high as he thinks since he's eating" said short mid to late 40s to my R facing counter next table of 4 or 5 1 over from 2 guys to 1st talk is said crowd I am talking about

I'm so excited that the McRib sandwich is back. Love them when they came out and still love them now. The cashier was awesome. Didn't get her name. I was there around 12:20pm on my way to work. She definitely needs to be a knowledge.

This mcs is expensive but what do u expect it's downtown Denver!! The lady at the register was awesome!! She was so nice. We just purchased a fry to use the restroom but it's worth it when there's no free public restrooms. 😆 Food was good n fast!!

They have quick, friendly service even though they serve ALL genres of populations, with NO PREJUDICE. They are respectful and restrooms are clean they have a protocol in place for those with backpacks or bags. None welcome in restrooms, now that's my kind of safety. 🤗

McDonalds is clean and not very busy. Too many homeless around but bathroom is under code lack. Renovated. Different from other McDonalds. You wash your hands outside of restroom Wich is convenient for those who just need to wash hands without using restroom 🚺. Soap and hand dryer are here in a sink for each individual faucet.Thank you.

This location does a good job with what they're up against. Definitely not recommended for anything more than get in get out with all the homeless people but I've never had a problem stopping in to get a quick lunch. Sometimes you get dinner and a show lol

This McDonalds was in a great location for downtown. They often have daily deals you only get if you go in the store. The employees are efficient and courteous and friendly. It was a little busy when I was there but the food was still fast and hot. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will go back again.

This McDonald's is Awesome
I've gone there for years. Including when I used to work across the street. Most employees would go there during their lunch time.
They are always BUZY!!! AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS EXTREMELY KIND AND NICE. THEY KEEP IT CLEAN. The ice cream cones are awesome 👌👍 very vanilla and creamy. BLESS all the workers 🙏 there.

Before the security guys this seemed to be unsafe and unclean place to eat. Since security, it is a much more pleasant atmosphere. It is a brilliant idea to have security guys to clean up the environment. Makes me feel safe and I don't mind dining in.

What a beautiful place. If you're a people-watcher, this is the location for you. I've been asked to help sell drugs, heard tales of the upcoming Blood Moon and 2nd Coming of the Lord Savior Jesus Christ, seen a dachshund walking around (animals are not typical here), overheard what appeared to be a Bible study group of young men (the topic of the day was circumcision). You never have an uneventful trip. The best time to go for lunch is before 11:30 or after 1pm, otherwise you fight a 20 deep long line, though it does move exceptionally fast. Staff is on point. The manager is working the frontlines just as hard as the employees. Very rarely is my order ever wrong. The food is great for what it is. I mean, it's not a five star restaurant and you know that going in there. This is what America looks like--a mix of different cultures and classes. I've never been in that restroom. I don't know what haunts are in there but best advice is common sense. Hold it as long as you can until you can get to where you know is a safe place.

But they have nice people working at this location!

Great place to eat. Alot of unsavory characters that surround the outside of the store but staff works hard to insure customers are not harassed by panhandlers looking for handouts. Staff and crew are always polite. I myself happen to be homeless and come here every morning to buy 2 Sausage biscuits and am not treated as if I'm some worthless ass begging bum looking for a handout as I have been treated at the near by 7-Eleven stores and surrounding McDonald's stores. I encourage everyone to support this business location. And a special thank you to it's staff for treating its consumers as consumers no matter the person's financial/living status.

Lucia provided excellent service when I visited this location during the week of 5/16/22. She was kind and respectful to all customers and the service was super fast. Great work!

We pulled in late night. We weren't sure of what we were getting into considering the night before we had a bad Taco Bell experience. However, to our delighted surprise, Jacob said he would 'make' some burgers for us, and 'make' a drink for us. He was just adorable. Thank you, Jacob, King of the Fryer, for a great experience.

This is truly my favorite McDonald's. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Brian, one of the workers, after cleaning the dining area, went out of his way to offer water and toys for my kids. You can definitely sense the genuinity from the staff. Definitely my favorite spot to take the kiddos.

Very Quick, Positive & Professional service & settings experience for me this late afternoon. However, I felt unsafe dining in because of lingering of unsanitary guests or " campers ". A Dining room attendant needed around the clock at this McDonald's location.

I looked up this site to complain about all the homeless people at this place theses past few days I've talked a lot with Sandy who is encouraging me to think more before passing judgment on these "customers" I was not happy going there because of the people but now I am glad to see them. The staff is aware of whats going on and yet they allow these folks to stay. This can not be easy Id like to believe it's out of compassion we dont know these peoples lives or there hardships thank you Macdonalds for letting them in from the cold I for one support your effort's.
